Objective:to evaluate the clinical efficacy of post-sarcoma depression by the combination treatment of Mongolian medicine amin-erton and western medicine deli sine(haloperidol ton mericuxin tablets).Methods:selected from Inner Mongolia national university affiliated hospital of Mongolian medicine cerebrovascular intervention section in November 2018 to February 2020 in gaza after illness of depression 60 patients,diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group,the observation group was given Mongolian amin-the forehead,3 g,the secondary treatment in the morning and evening,at the same time give her new 1 slice of early treatment.In the control group,1 tablet of deilexin was given as early and middle treatment for 4 weeks.After treatment,the total clinical efficacy,symptom improvement and safety index of the two groups were compared.Results:in terms of clinical therapeutic effect,the apparent efficiency of depression in the observation group was 33%,the total effective rate was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 6.7%,the total effective rate was 83.3%.Both the observation group and the control group had good efficacy,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of clinical therapeutic effect,the significant efficiency of neurological impairment degree in the observation group was 16.7%,the total effective rate was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 0.0%,the total effective rate was 90%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of the curative effect of Mongolian medicine syndrome,the apparent efficiency of the observation group was 16.7%,the total effective rate was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 13.3%,and the total effective rate was 93.3%.Both groups had good efficacy,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparison of efficacy results of Mongolian medicine syndrome score before and after treatment between the two groups:there were significant differences in the observation group before and after treatment of Mongolian medicine syndrome such as paralysis of upper limbs,paralysis of lower limbs,purple and dark lips(P<0.05).In the control group,there was no significant difference before and after treatment in upper limb paralysis,lower limb paralysis,lip purplish dark and other Mongolian medicine syndromes(P>0.05).Conclusion:the combination treatment of Mongolian medicine amin-erdun and western medicine dalixin(haloperaside ton merritoxin tablets)can improve the clinical svmptoms of depression after sarcoma.
