Clinical Research On Hemifacial Spasm Treated With Acupuncturing Yangming Meridians

Objective:The treatment method of hemifacial spasm is more, and some of them have good clinical efficacy.This research uses acupuncturing Yangming Meridian point for primary hemifacial spasm, compared with taking carbamazepine, by observing the clinical curative effect, to explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture is superior to oral western medicine, in order to provide a new method for a good curative effect for the treatment of primary hemifacial spasm.Methods:Primary hemifacial spasm in the acupuncture clinic observation of patients were selected, 60 patients were included in this study the standard, were randomly divided into acupuncture group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. After the completion of the group, respectively on two groups of patients with age, sex, course of disease, spasm rating data were analyzed and compared, through calculation and analysis that the two groups were comparable, there was no significant difference. Acupuncture group take four white, xia guan, double side zusanli, Drug control group by oral medication, carbamazepine 0.2g, 2 times a day, 28 days a total of oral. Both group, a total of 28 days treatment.Two groups after treatment are compared, and come to clinical conclusions.Results:â‘ On the clinical curative effect: the total effective rate of treatment group was 90%, control group total effective rate was 76.7%, the total efficiency of two groups(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant, mainly on yangming meridian acupuncture treatment of facial spasm method is better than oral carbamazepine; â‘¡The degree of facial spasm distribution comparison: treatment group spasm degree compared before and after the treatment(P<0.05), showed that there were significant differences, convulsion levels significantly decreased after treatment; â‘¢Therapeutic effect and the relationship between the course of the disease: treatment group therapy effect is related to the length of the course of the disease, was statistically significant(P<0.05), curative effect is positively related to the course of the disease; â‘£The efficacy of TCM syndrome: the treatment group the total efficiency of 91.43% the control group, the total efficiency of 73.53%, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The Foot-Yangming meridian points therapy and the routine western medicine treatment have curative effect,but the the Foot-Yangming meridian points therapy treatment effect is good,is worth popularizing in clinical application.
