Study On The Relationship Between WangBi And Constitution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Analysis Of Prescription Regularity

OBJECTIVE:1.To distinguish the TCM constition of 172 patients of ang Bi.2.To explore the relationship between constition and?age?course of disease?TCM syndrome type?sore of DAS28?laboratory indicators(RF-IgA?RF-IgG?RF-IgM?CCP?PLT)of Wang Bi patients?3.To explore the medication characteristics of tutor in treating Wang Bi.Methods:To collected the data of Wang Bi patents who treated in the Rheumatology department of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yunnan Province(from January 2019 to January 2020)and use excel 2010 set up a data base which analyzed by spss24.0 and spss modeler18.0.Result:1.In this study,172 cases were collected,with a male to female ratio of1:3.77 and an averageage of 51.29±10.79 years.According to the frequence Yang deficiency ? yin deficiency and qi deficiency are the maily types of the 172 patients.And their proportions are 27.6% ? 18.1% ? 15.5%.The syndrome types of traditional chinese medicine are mainly wind cold heat syndrome,cold heat syndrome,deficiency of Qi and blood syndrome.And their proportions are45.7%,17.2%,12.1%.2.The distribution of peaceful constitution is the most in the 20-36 years(42.90%);Yang deficiency is the most among 37-53 years old(28.30%),and qi deficiency is the second most(18.30%).Yang deficiency is the most among 54-70 years old(26.50%),yin deficiency is the second most(22.40%).Blood stasis constitution between 54-70 years old is significiently higher than other groups,and so is Qi stagnation constitution between 38-54 years old than others(P<0.05).3.The course of blood stasis constitution is the longest(12.45±8.79years),secondly,are phlegm dampness constition and damo heat constion(8.24±9.18 years?7.67±6.98 years)and the course of peaceful constitution is the shortest(2.73±2.27years).There is statistical difference in the course of disease among every kind of constitutions(P<0.05).4.Wind cold dampness syndrome and syeumatism heat syndrome have the hightest distribution in yang deficiency and damp heat syndrome.(21 cases?11 cases),but there is no statistical difference(P>0.05)5.There are differences in the sore of DAS28?anti-CCP antibody?RF-IgA?RF-IgG?RF-IgM in different constition,but both of them have no statistical difference(P>0.05)?6.There are differences in platelet between different constitution.The platelet level of Qi Depression deficiency constition is the highest,the second is damp heat constitution,the third is blood stasis constitution,Qi deficiency constition is the fourth.The platelet level of peaceful constitution is lowest.Both of them have statistical difference(P<0.05)?7.Collected 100 prescriptions of Wang Bi which contain 98 chinese medicines,and the totual frequcey of use reached 1745.The four kinds of drugs used more than 100 times are tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs,blood activing and stsis removing drugs.8.Cluster analysis was carried out on 32 kinds of drugs with more than 24 times of drug use,and four druggroups were obtained.The association rules of 32 kinds drugs were analyzed and 56 rules were obtained,among which Guizhi+Bishao,Chuanxiong+Duhuo+Fangfeng,Chuanxiong+Duhuo+Fangfeng+Niuxi had the hightest confidence.Conclusion1.Yang deficiency?yin deficiency and qi deficiency are the maily types of the 172 patients of Wangbi.The syndrome types of traditional chinese medicine are mainly wind cold heat syndrome,cold heat syndrome,deficiency of Qi and blood syndrome.2.The distribution of peaceful constitution is the most in the 20-36 years;Yang deficiency?Qi deficiency and Qi Depression constitution are the most types in the37-53 years.Yang deficiency?Qi deficiency?Yin deficiency?Blood stasis constition are the main types in the 54-70 years of Wangbi patients.3.The couse of disease of blood stasis constition is the longest,and the couse of disease of peaceful constition is the shortest.4.There is signicificant difference in platelet level in patients with different constition types of Wang Bi.5.Through data mining,this paper objectively summmarises the medication characteristics of professionor Tang who combinate dialectcal treatment and body differentiation treatment of Wang Bi and pay attention to the compatibility of odors and meridian tropism.
