| Objective: through clinical observation of tiaogan jianpi sanjie prescription in the treatment of pulmonary nodules with phlegm and blood stasis,this study objectively evaluated the efficacy of tiaogan jianpi sanjie prescription in the treatment of pulmonary nodules size change,TCM syndrome score and the safety of this prescription,so as to provide certain basis for early TCM intervention treatment of pulmonary nodules.Methods: from December 2018 to December 2019,a total of 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient clinic of pulmonary disease department of yunnan traditional Chinese medicine hospital.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with a 1:1 ratio.Control regular CT follow-up review,no drug treatment,treatment group CT follow-up review on a regular basis,and the liver spleen and fights the traditional Chinese medicine from Fried grain internal treatment,observation cycle for a month,were observed before and after the treatment of lung nodule size,symptoms and changes of the TCM syndrome integral,using statistical methods to analyze the results.Results: according to the criteria of removal,suspension and shedding,4 cases were removed from the treatment group and 2 cases from the control group during the study.A total of 66 cases of pulmonary nodules were finally included in the study,32 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.After a one-month study,the results are as follows:1.change analysis of pulmonary nodules size reduction: after treatment,comparison between the two groups showed that the largest diameter of pulmonary nodules in the treatment group was smaller than that before treatment(p<0.05),while the larges diameter of pulmonary nodules in the control group was not significantly different from that before treatment(p>0.05).Compared between the two groups,the pulmonary nodules in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group after treatment(p<0.05),and the nodules in the treatment group were more significant.2.change analysis of TCM syndrome score: after treatment,comparison between the two groups showed that the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(p<0.01),showing a significant effect.The TCM syndrome score of the control group was slightly lower than that before treatment(p<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Compared between the two groups,the reduction degree of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(p<0.01),and the clinical symptoms were significantly improved.3.the effect of lung nodules of narrow diameter variation analysis: the treatment group after treatment,the curative effect of pulmonary nodule diameter to reduce the total effective rate was 34.37%,the control group for clinical observation,the curative effect of pulmonary nodule diameter to reduce the total effective rate was 9.37%,the comparison between groups of two groups,p< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had some advantages in the reduction of pulmonary nodules.4.efficacy analysis of changes in TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the total effective rate of changes in TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was 90.62%;The control group was not treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the total effective rate was17.65%.Comparing the two groups,p< 0.01,the difference was statistically significant,and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.tiaogan jianpi sanjie prescription has certain curative effect in treating pulmonary nodules with phlegm and blood stasis,and can reduce the size of pulmonary nodules;2.the prescription of tiaogan jianpi sanjie has significant effect on the improvement of symptoms of patients with pulmonary nodules with phlegm and blood stasis internode,which can reduce the total score of TCM syndromes and improve the curative effect of TCM syndromes;3.for the two groups of patients clinically observed in this study,the three routine tests of blood,urine and feces and the liver and kidney function before and after treatment were all within the normal range,and no adverse reactions occurred.It is safe to use tiaogan jianpi sanjie prescription to treat pulmonary nodules according to the observation results of current safety indexes. |
