Clinical Study On The Treatment Of IgA Nephropathy Syndrome Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Combined With Dampness And Heat With Zishen Qingli Decoction

Objective: To observe the symptom reduction and pharmacodynamics of Ig A nephropathy(liver-kidney Yin deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome type),the therapeutic effect of this prescription was discussed,and its possible mechanism was discussed,providing a new plan for further optimizing the prescription and improving the clinical efficacy.Methods: According to the principle of random control,65 cases of Ig A nephropathy patients with syndrome differentiation of liver-kidney Yin deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome were divided into control group and treatment group according to the method of random number table.Treatment group at the same time in the conventional treatment of western medicine combined with zishen qingli decoction,and the control group using conventional western medicine treatment,4 weeks of treatment,efficacy syndromes was observed before and after treatment in both groups,urine red blood cell count,24 hours urinary protein quantitative urea nitrogen,creatinine,and other laboratory indexes as watch,evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of treatment.Results:(1)The control group total effective rate was 73.5% and 87.1% in the treatment group(P<0.05),the results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group and there was a significant difference.(2)Control group total effectiveness 64.7%,treatment group total effective rate was 83.9%(P<0.05),the results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group and there was a significant difference.(3) Among the laboratory indicators,the comparison of 24-hour urine protein quantification and urine red blood cell count showed that P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group,with significant difference.Comparison of creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood lipid and other laboratory indicators showed that P> 0.05,indicating a relatively stable level before and after treatment,with no significant difference.(4)No obvious adverse reactions were found during treatment.Conclusion: To zishen qingli decoction with western medicine he sand(urine protein is greater than 1 g/d patients combined with prednisone acetate tablets)in the treatment of Ig A nephropathy(kidney Yin deficiency and damp heat syndrome)to improve the symptoms of patients,24 hours urine protein,urine red blood cell count quantitative aspects have good curative effect,found no obvious adverse reaction in the process of treatment,the use of safe,the mechanism may be related to the regulation of immune state,the alleviation of local immune response and the improvement of renal hemodynamics.
