The Clinical Observation Of Zishen Yijing Decoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Yin Deficiency And Stagnated Heat Type Advanced Menstruation

Objective: To observe the treatment of syndrome of deficiency of the kidney Yin and stagnated heat premenstrual clinical efficacy and to explore its mechanism.Methods: To observe 60 cases of deficiency of kidney yin deficiency and stagnated heat of polymenorrhea patients, 30 cases in the treatment group, taking Zi shen Yijing Fang by medicine Professor, YeQing, Shandong Province; There are 30 cases in the control group, taking Liuwei Dihuang Ruanjiaonang capsule of Chinese medicine, the therapeutic effect was evaluated after 3 months. Then observe menstrual and clinical symptom score of before and after treatment, the level of serum hormones(FSH, E2,P), Trace elements(Cu, Zn), Basal body temperature HPS score and the procence or absence of adverse reactions during treatment before and after treatment, and statistical analysis the results of the observation.Results: The treatment group of clinical efficacy was 93.33%, while the control group was 63.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). The efficient of TCM syndrome in treatment group was 96.67%, while the control group was 66.67%,compared with a very significant difference(P<0.01). The total score of clinical symptoms, the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment, there was significant difference between groups(P<0.01); TCM main symptoms integral, integral of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). After treatment, serum hormone of FSH,P values of two groups were higher than before, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The patients in the two groups after treatment than before treatment and trace elements are increased, the treatment group with a very significant difference(P<0.01), the control group had significant difference(P<0.05), and significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The two groups after treatment in patients with HPS scores were increased within group comparison, treatment, treatment group with a very significant difference(P<0.01), the control group had significant difference(P<0.05). There was very significant difference in the comparison between the groups(P<0.01).There were no adverse reactions in this experiment.Conclusion: Zishen Yijing Decoction in the treatment of syndrome of deficiency of the kidney Yin and stagnated heat menstruation in advance of the remarkable clinical curative effect, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical use. Its mechanism may be related with the nourishing the liver and kidney of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the progesterone level in patients with luteal phase, which prompted the luteal function to return to normal menstrual cycle related sound.
