Clinical Study Of Wenyang Tonglin Decoction Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Fatigue In Women With Yang Deficiency

Objective: Through the research and observation on the correlated indexes and clinical efficacy of Wenyang Tonglin decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of yang deficiency female exertion(spleen and kidney yang deficiency with dampness syndrome),to explore the mechanism and clinical effect of Wenyang Tonglin decoction combined with acupoint application on fatigue under yang deficiency constitution,so as to provide theoretical basis for Wenyang Tonglin decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of yang deficiency female labor.The purpose of this study is to explore the application of the TCM diagnosis and treatment mode of "body differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation" in the treatment of gonorrhea,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of gonorrhea.Methods: After screening by inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,a total of 72 patients were enrolled in the group.According to the principle of random control,the patients were divided into reatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).Wenyang Tonglin decoction was given to the control group.In addition to Wenyang Tonglin decoction,the treatment group was also treated with acupoint application,and that was a kind of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The selected acupoints were as follows:(1)main acupoints: Shuangshenshu,Shuangpishu;(2)acupoints: Mingmen,Guanyuan,Shuangzusanli.The treatment of the two groups was one course of treatment for 4 weeks,and a total of 2 courses of treatment need to be observed.After the course of treatment,the scores of TCM constitution transformation,TCM syndrome score,urine analysis and sediment(white blood cell count,bacterial count),urine culture and other related indexes were recorded and counted before and after treatment.Results: 1.Selected 72 cases of yang deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency with dampness syndrome,after removal and shedding,a total of 64 cases were bring into the research,the patient compliance rate was 88.88%.Comparison between the two groups of patients before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the general data such as age,course of disease,conversion score of yang deficiency,TCM syndrome score and laboratory examination(P>0.05).2.The two groups of patients after treatment have achieved good results,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,the total effective rate of the control group was 81.25%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.046<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better.3.After treatment,the effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was90.62%,while that in the control group was 78.12%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.042<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better.4.After treatment(1)intra-group comparison:(1)There was significant statistical difference in the conversion of yang deficiency and quality in the treatment group(P<0.05);There were significant differences in urinary leukocyte classification,urinary leukocyte count,urinary bacterial count,abnormal urine culture and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between the control group,there was no significant difference in the transformation of yang deficiency(P=0.243>0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:(1)There were significant differences in urinary leukocyte count,urinary bacterial count,abnormal urine culture,conversion score of yang deficiency and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P<0.05).And the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better.(2)There was no statistical difference in urine leukocyte classification between the two groups(P=0.096>0.05).5.The patients in both groups were reviewed in the end of the course of treatment after two months.Tthere was a significant difference in the recurrence of the disease between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Wenyang Tonglin decoction combined with acupoint application and Wenyang Tonglin decoction have good clinical effects in the treatment of yang deficiency female fatigue,which can effectively improve the symptoms of fatigue patients,such as frequent urination,urgent urination,astringent pain,fatigue and weakness,fear of cold,waist pain,abdominal discomfort and so on.Wenyang Tonglin decoction combined with acupoint application group is better than Wenyang Tonglin decoction group in improving the conversion score of yang deficiency,TCM syndrome score,urinary leukocyte classification,urinary sediment leukocyte count and urinary sediment bacterial count in Wenyang Tonglin decoction group,indicating that the combination of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine-acupoint application can improve the overall curative effect,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group is significantly lower than that of the control group.In the course of treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups,so it is worth popularizing and applying.
