Study On The Correlation Of TCM Syndromes,Sex Hormone Six And Thyroid Function Of Thin Endometrium

ObjectiveTo explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types in patients with Thin Endometrium,and to analyze the correlation between TCM syndrome types and normal information,sex hormones and thyroid function,and to provide integrated diagnosis and treatment of thin endometrium in accordance with.MethodsThis study used clinical survey methods to collect general data and disease information of 141 patients with thin endometrium from November 2018 to January2020 through a questionnaire.The data were statistically calculated using medical statistical methods to analyze the thin endometrium TCM Syndromes and Their Relationship with Sex Hormones and Thyroid Function.Results1.The TCM syndromes of 141 patients with thin endometrium are clustered into4 categories:Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(36.2%),Spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome(28.4%),Liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome(22.7%),Phlegm block syndrome(12.8%).2.The comparison of thin endometrium patients with different TCM syndromes in age,BMI,number of miscarriages was statistically significant(P <0.05).There were no significant differences in menarche age,education level,occupation type among patients with thin endometrium with different TCM syndromes(P> 0.05).3.The comparison of thin endometrium patients with different TCM syndromes in E2,FSH,LH,TSH was statistically significant(P <0.05).There were no significantdifferences in P,PRL,T,FT3 and FT4 among patients with thin endometrium with different TCM syndromes(P> 0.05).Conclusion1.TCM syndromes of thin endometrium patients are most common with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndromes,and the frequency of other syndromes is spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,and phlegm and dampness syndrome.2.There is certain relationship between TCM syndrome type of thin endometrium and age,BMI,number of miscarriages.3.The level of LH,FSH,E2 and TSH may has some relation with the thin endometrium TCM syndromes.
