| Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety of navel acupuncture combined with Shutiao Zhentong decoction and Shutiao Zhentong decoction alone in the treatment of moderate cancer pain with qi stagnation and blood stasis,and to exploring a new way for the treatment of cancer pain from traditional Chinese medicine.Method:The selected cases were divided into navel acupuncture combined with Shutiao Zhentong decoction group(treatment A group),Shutiao Zhentong decoction group(treatment B group)and control group by the method of completely randomizing grouping,each group of 30 cases.navel acupuncture combined with Shutiao Zhentong decoction group 30 cases on the basis of control group treatment oral decoction combined with navel acupuncture treatment,Shutiao Zhentong decoction group 30 patients on the basis of control group oral decoction,control group 30 patients oral the Ibuprofen and Codeine Phosphate Tablets(2 tablets/times,3 times/days).The three groups of cases took14 days as the treatment period.After the end of the course of treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score,NRS score,QOL score,KPS score and safety index before and after treatment were evaluated,and the statistical method was used to organize and analyze the data,and the curative effect was evaluated objectively.Result:1.syndromes score: after the related treatment,the three groups of different treatment were effective in improving TCM syndromes(P<0.05),the effective rate of navel acupuncture combined with Shutiao Zhentong decoction group reached 93%,the effective rate of Shutiao Zhentong decoction group reached 77%,the effective rate of control group was 53%.Compared among the three groups,the navel acupuncture combined with Shutiao Zhentong decoction group was better in improving TCM symptoms than Shutiao Zhentong decoction group and control group(P<0.05),and the effect of Shutiao Zhentong decoction group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).2.NRS score: All three groups were effective in reducing cancer pain score(P<0.05);The effective rate of pain relief was 93% in the group of navel acupuncture combined with Shutiao Zhentong decoction.The effective rate can reach 77% in the group of Shutiao Zhentong decoction.And the control group was 57%.after comparison among the three groups,the curative effect in relieving the cancer pain of the navel acupuncture combined with Shutiao Zhentong decoction group is better than that of Shutiao Zhentong decoction group and control group(P<0.05).and the Shutiao Zhentong decoction group was more effective than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.KPS score: All three groups were effective in improving the patient's functional status(P<0.05);and the navel acupuncture combined with Shutiao Zhentong decoction group in improving the patient's functional status is better than the Shutiao Zhentong decoction group and the control group(P<0.05);The Shutiao Zhentong decoction group was more effective than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.QOL score: All three groups treatment were effective in improving the quality of life(P<0.05);the navel acupuncture combined with Shutiao Zhentong decoction group is better than the control group in improving the quality of life of patients(P<0.05),but the difference between the navel acupuncture combined with Shutiao Zhentong decoction group and the Shutiao Zhentong decoction group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The Shutiao Zhentong decoction group was more effective than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.safety index analysis:Blood routine,liver and kidney function,coagulation and other safety indicators,there was no significant difference in the three groups(P>0.05),the relevant indicators were within the scope of clinical safety,and the three groups of treatment did not have adverse reactions,indicating that the three groups of treatment were safe.Conclusion:1.navel acupuncture combined with Shutiao Zhentong decoction is superior to the use of decoction alone in improving TCM symptoms,relieving pain and improving patients' functional status,but there is no significant difference in improving the quality of life.The results show that the navel acupuncture has a certain curative effect in relieving pain,improving symptoms and functional status,and the combination of acupuncture and medicine can strengthen the curative effect.2.Shutiao Zhentong decoction group is superior to the use of the Ibuprofen and Codeine Phosphate Tablets alone in improving TCM symptoms,relieving pain,improving patients' functional status and quality of life,indicating that traditional Chinese medicine combined with analgesic drugs can enhance the analgesic effect,and improve patients' symptoms and the quality of life.3.navel acupuncture therapy and Shutiao Zhentong decoction have no obvious side effects and adverse reactions in clinical treatment,and which have security. |
