| Objective: The aim is to observe clinical effects and medication rules of using Shutiao Lishui Decoction to treat qi stagnation and blood stasis ovarian cancer complicated with ascites.Shutiao Lishui Decoction is composed of the train of thought disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,whole and part,strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors and reorganizing the prescription.This matter provides a reference for clinical treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis ovarian cancer complicated with ascites in terms of treatment rules,ideas of composition prescription and prescription selection.It inherits and carries forward the academic thought of dredging activities of qi.Method: 60 patients who met the requirements were selected and 60 patients were divided into two groups by adopting the method of random control.The treatment group and the control group had 30 cases respectively.Treatment group: oral Shutiao Lishui Decoction(150ml/ bag,1 bag / time,3 times / day);Control group: oral furosemide tablets(40mg qd).Both groups all took 14 days as a course of treatment and observed a course of treatment.The scores of ascites volume(>3000ml),urine volume,body weight,abdominal circumference and the curative effect of TCM syndromes,KPS score,safety index and other related indexes were evaluated before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.And the evaluation of curative effect was made by statistical methods.Results:1.Abdominal water volume,urine volume,body weight and abdominal circum-ference: after treatment,the weight,abdominal water volume and abdominal circumference of patients in the two groups were reduced,the reduction in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group,and the urine volume in the control group was significantly less than that in the treatment group.The effective rate of abdominal circumference in the treatment group(86.66%)was higher than that in the control group(66.66%),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing abdominal water volume,shortening abdominal circumference,diuretic,promoting ascites emission reduction and other aspects.2.Syndrome integral of traditional Chinese medicine: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could improve TCM syndromes.After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in TCM syndromes(especially abdominal water volume integral)between groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.In addition,the effective rate of clinical efficacy was 90.00% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the clinical efficacy.3.KPS scores: There were statistically significant differences in KPS scores between groups after treatment(P<0.05).KPS scores of patients in both groups increased to different degrees,and the increase amplitude of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of improving functional status.The stability rate of quality of life(93.33%)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.Safety index: The stability rate of quality of life(93.33%)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: Shutiao Lishui Decoction can effectively lighten the degree of ascites in ovarian cancer patients.It can also improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of ovarian cancer patients with ascites,consolidate the curative effect,reduce recurrence andmetastasis.Shutiao Lishui Decoction may also improve quality of life and prolong survival time.It has a lower side effects of toxic and is worthy of clinical reference and application. |
