| Objective:The clinical efficacy and safety of objective observation of the treatment of postoperative thyroid cancer with Shutiao Qiji Xiaoying Decoction,provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of thyroid cancer in the future.Method:Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomized into treatment and control groups,30 in each group.Treatment group: Oral sedative air-drying sputum soup(150ml/bag,1 bag/time,3 times/day)+ conventional treatment with levothyroxine sodium tablets;control group: Shugan granules(1 bag/time,2 times/Day,warm water delivery service)+ levothyroxine sodium tablets routine treatment.The two groups were treated for 15 days,with an interval of 15 days,and then continued for the next course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,single symptom scores,Karsch scores,thyroid-related hormones,and other symptoms were evaluated before and after treatment.Changes in safety indicators,comparisons after data compilation,and finally evaluation of efficacy.(Note: Due to medical insurance and funding constraints,the patient was examined twice during the study: after the initial diagnosis and after 3 courses of treatment).Result:1.TCM syndrome: After treatment,both groups were effective(P<0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the effective rate of the control group was 67%,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.2.Single symptom results of TCM: Comparison between treatment group and control group:The treatment group had statistically significant differences in neck discomfort,chest pain,emotional depression,palpitations,limb burnout,hiccups,sputum,bitter throat,and insomnia(P<0.05),was improving the above 8 all symptoms have curative effect.The control group had statistically significant differences in chest pain,emotional depression,hiccups,and bitter throat(P<0.05),indicating that the control group was effective in improving the above four symptoms.But there was no significant difference in neck discomfort,palpitations,limb burnout,and insomnia(P>0.05).Comparison after treatment:There were statistically significant differences in neck discomfort,palpitations,limb burnout,and insomnia(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the symptoms of chest pain,emotional depression,hiccups,and bitter throat(P>0.05).3.KPS score: :Before and after treatment,group A and group B could improve the quality of life of patients(P<0.05).After treatment,group A and group B were compared.Group A improved the quality of life of patients better than group B(P<0.05);4.Thyroid function:For TSH and Tg,there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that TSH and Tg were studied in the two groups.No significant changes during the period.5.Safety indicators: There were no statistical differences in safety indicators between blood test,liver function and renal function before and after treatment(P> 0.05),and all within the scope of clinical safety,indicating that the treatment group and the experimental group of the research topic are safe.Conclusion:1.Shutiao Qiji Xiaoying Decoction can can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms(such as neck discomfort,palpitations,limb burnout,insomnia,etc.)of patients with liver stagnation and dampness syndrome after thyroid cancer surgery and improve the quality of life of patients,and its curative effect is better than Shugan granules.2.Although Shutiao Qiji Xiaoying Decoction can not replace Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets to control thyroid-stimulating hormone in clinical practice,it has great advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of drug-induced hyperthyroidism.3.Shutiao Qiji Xiaoying Decoction is safe and feasible,without obvious adverse reactions and side effects,and can be used in clinical treatment. |
