?Objective?Through to the Kunming area endowment institutions endowment caregivers in core competency elements to investigate,clear the present situation of the core competence of nurse,and analyze the influence factors of competence.On this basis,find out the core competency of the weak links and problems,to formulate promotion strategy,put forward the solution.At the same time,the related policy for pension services,pension institutions in Yunnan region caregivers diathesis,professional training,etc,to provide theoretical basis and the reference opinions,that so as to promote the development of old-age care services,solve the problem of aging in the region of Yunnan.?Method?This study adopts the quantitative descriptive study,combining with the qualitative research.It is contains two parts,the first part takes Kunming as an example,using the"general information questionnaire" and "old-age caregivers core competency assessment questionnaire in 22 endowment institutions of kunming area 409 endowment nurse core competency present situation investigation,Double check the entry,the survey data to Excel import SPSS24.0 statistical analyses the core competence status and indicates that the various factors affecting endowment nurse core competency;in the second part is to the pension agency managers to 13,12 endowment orderlies,10 in the elderly with semi-structured interviews,interview data,summarized and extracted from three perspective of managers,5nurse,the elderly pension nurse core competency.?Results?1.This study survey of 409 endowment orderlies,women at 88.50%,while men had a11.49%,including the number of 23 that is 30 years of age or less(5.62%),31-40,the number of 41(10.02%),41-50 the number of 261(63.81%),51-60 the number of 84(20.54%).Illiteracy the number of 96(23.47%),primary school 243(59.41%),45(11.00%)of junior high school,high school 2(0.49%)at the university and the above 23(5.62%).There were 35.9 7 % endowment caregivers is a pension level certificate,129 of them(31.54 %)hold primary endowment certificates,16 people(3.91%)hold intermediate pension certificates,2 people(0.49 %)hold senior pension certificates.There has 122(29.83%)endowment caregivers from Kunming prefecture,city and county,188(45.97 %)from Kunming city,surrounding the working life of < 5 years 264 people(64.55%),96.6%endowment nurse attending training.2.Pension nurse general core competency score(2.86±0.669),in the medium to low level,individual quality,communication ability,ethics,laws and regulations knowledge,nursing skills and knowledge points are: 3.40±0.625?3.16±0.800?3.02±0.717?2.71±0.727?2.18±0.750.Through independent sample T-test and single factor variance analysis results show that the working place,cultural degree,specialty,old-age care certificate level,religious belief,training condition,age,marital status,working fixed number of year 9competency score differences statistically significant(P <0.05);Among them through multiple regression analysis showed that the first 6 competency score differences statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Researchers of pension institutions in 13 agency managers,12 pension orderlies,10 in the elderly for qualitative research.Results show that the endowment managers think endowment caregivers should also have five core competence include: education teaching ability,document writing ability,critical thinking and ability,career planning and self development ability and disease observation ability;Pension nurse feel they should have ability of emotion regulation,occupational protection ability,professional dedication,safety management and emergency rescue skills this five core competency;Pension agency old people think that it should also include recreational activities,Chinese medicine care andrehabilitation care ability,strong physique,proper etiquette etiquette four core competence.?Conclusion?1.Core competency levels: The region of Kunming a combined type endowment institutions endowment nurse core competency in middle rdi level,promote space is larger,heavier hoisting assignment in the future.Among them,the personal qualities to maintain relatively well,but the knowledge of their communication skills,ethical regulations,master of nursing skills and knowledge is not very satisfactory.The use of teamwork spirit and communication skills,the elderly medication guide part and observation,hospice care,nursing professional skills and competency is poorer,to ascend.2.Influence factors: job sites,cultural degree,specialty,old-age care certificate level,religious belief,training condition,marital status,working years,age and so on all affect the endowment nurse core competency.Especially the work before 6 items belong to the main influencing factors.Public institutions endowment caregivers have receive more training,competency is stronger;High cultural level and obtained medical related professional caregivers are more likely to get old-age nursing education certificate,certificate of grade,the higher the stronger the nurse competency,religious endowment nurse is more love and patience in the pension service,so the competence is relatively strong.3.Demand survey: from pension agency managers,their own endowment orderlies,pension institutions in view of the nurse to pension of the old three core competence have different requirements.Due to have its core competency includes psychological care,rehabilitation care,emergency care,professional dedication,etc.4.Promotion strategy: from the point of promotion strategy,pension institution itself,relevant government departments,medical institutions,social joint efforts,can we truly enhance the core competence of the endowment orderly,make its provide more high quality of old-age care service.
