Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Painful Heel Syndrome Therapied By Experienced Medical Fumigation

Background:Painful heel syndrome is a common chronic disease,which is charactered by heel asptic bone and sofe tissue inflammation ang degeneration in the elderly. It is common in the age50-60,males slightly more than females, afferting patients’lives and working, but there is no superior effective therapy for treating yet. There are many kinds of therapeutic methods, hower,there are still some therapeutic method.Chinese medicine is one of the most important conservative treatments for painful heel syndrome,with the advantage of less payment, less side effect, exact improvement, and easier acceptance.This study is to cure painful heel syndrome with the spray of experienced medical fumigatio.experienced medical fumigation is the orthopedic experienced recipe of hubei hospital of TCM.There is some clinical and social sense on the application of experienced medical fumigatio.on painful heel syndrome and observing it is clinical effect.Research purposes:To cure painful heel syndrome with the application of experienced medical fumigation.System evaluation of the therapy will be received, applying clinical evidence for the therapeutic effect of experienced medical fumigation on painful heel syndrome.Methods:All cases are randomly divided into three groups,20cases respectively, treatment group which uses experienced medical fumigation and ibuprofen, observation group in which experienced medical fumigation is applied only and control group in which only ibuprofen is used. There groups are compared from VAS scores, maryland foot functional scores and therapeutic effect. All the data collected is analyzed by SPSS statistics software. P≤0.05is regarded as the difference is statistic significant. Research results:The treatment in the first three groups in age, body mass index (BMI), Mary rand foot function score, VAS scores for analysis using the statistical software, P>0.05, shows three groups before treatment in VAS score and Mary rand not have statistical significance was found between functional score, description of three groups after treatment in VAS score and Mary rand function score in comparison with credibility.In terms of VAS score, the treatment group, the observation group and control group before treatment upon examination prompt no comparable (P>0.05). Three groups before treatment and after treatment, the treatment for7th days,14th day,21th day,28th day respectively to compare all have significant difference, P<0.05, with statistical significance.7th day after the treatment of three groups of two for the statistical analysis, two groups there was no significant difference between observation group and control group, P=0.860, P>0.05, without statistical significance; Between treatment group and observation group and control group had significant difference, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Treatment of14th day, there was no significant difference between observation group and control group, P=0,978, P>0.05, no statistical significance; Between treatment group and observation group and control group had significant difference, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Treatment of21th day, there was no significant difference between observation group and control group, P=0,798, P>0.05, no statistical significance; Between treatment group and observation group and control group had significant difference, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Treatment of28th day, significant differences between observation group and control group, P=0,004, P>0.05, with statistical significance; Between treatment group and observation group and control group had significant difference, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Thus jointly applied experienced medical fumigation and ibuprofen sustained release capsule pain quickly, and use the observation group experienced medical fumigation in28genius is superior to the single cloth ibuprofen sustained release capsule of the control group.Maryland function score, the treatment group, the observation group and control group after treatment difference effect, the results show that the optimal rate of treatment group is higher than other two groups, after statistics analysis, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Evaluation,1month after treatment the curative effect of the treatment group, the observation group and control group cure rate was15%,10%,0%, and overall effectiveness are100%,90%and100%respectively, the results show that the treatment group total effective rate and cure rate is higher than the observation group and control groupResearch conclusions:1,The three groups after corresponding treatment, can effectively alleviate the pain of patients, improve the function of plantar.2,3groups in terms of VAS score, joint use experienced medical fumigation and ibuprofen sustained release capsule pain quickly, and use the observation group experienced medical fumigation in28genius is superior to the single cloth ibuprofen sustained release capsule of the control group.3,The treatment group (experienced medical fumigation+ibuprofen sustained release capsule) in the treatment of heel pain effect is obvious, than use experienced medical fumigation, single cloth ibuprofen sustained release capsule in the treatment of heel pain better.4, Experiment, three groups were found no side effects, topical experienced medical fumigation with oral ibuprofen sustained release capsule is safe and effective, clinical curative effect is satisfied, is worth promoting.
