| Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of xiaochaihu decoction combined with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in the treatment of somatoform disorders.Methods: The 90 patients with somatoform disorder who met the inclusion criteria and diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group,30 cases in each group.The western medicine group received the conventional treatment of western medicine(duloxetine hydrochloride),the Chinese medicine group received the conventional treatment of xiaochaihu decoction combined with western medicine,and the combined group received the conventional treatment of xiaochaihu decoction combined with Cognitive-behavioral therapy and western medicine.After 8 weeks treatment,we observed the curative effect of the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),symptom self-rating scale(scl-90),TCM syndrome score scale and TESS were three groups before and after treatment.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy: After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.42%,the treatment effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 88.89%,the treatment effective rate of the the western medicine group was 72%,and that in the combined group was better than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group and that in the western medicine group was 72%,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)SCL-90 score:After treatment,the score of scl-90 in the combined group was 110.86±25.37 points,that of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 135.76±27.69 points,and that of the western medicine group was 146.29± 29.63 points.The score of the combined group was lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)HAMD score: After treatment,the HAMD score of the combined group was 8.17±2.32 points,the HAMD score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 8.93±2.19 points,and the HAMD score of the western medicine group was 9.16±2.37 points.The score of the combined group was lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)HAMA score:After treatment,HAMA score of the combined group was 8.16±2.33 points,HAMA score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was9.20±2.19 points,and HAMA score of the western medicine group was10.49±2.16 points.The score of the combined group was lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the score of TCM syndrome points in the combined group was 8.37±1.96 points,10.26±2.05 points in the traditional Chinese medicine group,and 12.68±2.51 points in the western medicine group.The score of the combined group was lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Adverse events:In this study,no serious adverse reactions were observed after the application of the treatment plan in the whole treatment process,and therewas no impairment of liver and kidney function in the three groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:(1)Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Cognitive-behavioral therapy in the treatment of somatic form disorders can improve somatic symptoms such as anxiety and depression.(2)Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Cognitive-behavioral therapy in the treatment of somatoform disorders can improve patients' somatoform symptoms and improve their quality of life,and the clinical curative effect is definite,and the safety is better,the side effect is little. |
