| Objective: Through the clinical observation of the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma in the acute stage(phlegm-heat syndrome)with Jiawei Yuemai and Banxia Decoction,and the detection of lung function,eosinophils,asthma control scale scores,and safety indicators,preliminary discussion The clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Yuemai and Banxia Decoction provide a new method for clinical treatment of patients with phlegm-heat syndrome and lung syndrome in the acute episode of bronchial asthma.Methods: From March 2019 to January 2020,80 cases of Tan Re Yu Fei Zheng in the acute attack stage of bronchial asthma in the respiratory department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each according to the principle of random distribution.The control group was treated with expectorant,antiasthmatic,anti-inflammatory and salmeterol for once,twice a day.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with modified Jia Wei Yue Bi Jia Ban Xia Decoction.Treatment group and control group were 14 days.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function,eosinophil(EOS),asthma control score(ACT)and safety index of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results:(1)Clinical effect: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%;the total effective rate in the control group was 86.67%.The clinical effect in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)TCM symptom score: There was no statistical difference in the scores of TCM symptoms and total symptoms before treatment between the two groups,and they were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups improved in each symptom score and total symptom score group(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups after treatment,the treatment group was significantly different from the control group,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Pulmonary function: There was no significant difference in FEV1 / FVC% and FEV1% pred between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.The lung function indexes FEV1 / FVC% and FEV1% pred before and after treatment in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in FEV1 / FVC% and FEV1% pred between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The symptom relief time of each TCM in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Physical and chemical indexes: there was no significant difference in eosinophil count between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,EOS of the two groups was lower than before,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).After treatment,EOS in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Act score: Act score of the two groups before treatment was comparable,no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the act score of the two groups was significantly higher than before(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group improved significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05)(6)Safety indicators: before and after treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,two stool routine,liver and kidney function,coagulation function,electrocardiogram,no drug allergic reaction and obvious drug adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion: Jia Wei Yue Bi Jia Ban Xia Decoction can improve the clinical effect and quality of life of the patients with the syndrome of phlegm heat damming lung in the acute attack stage of asthma,effectively reduce the airway inflammation reaction,improve the lung function,and it is safe and feasible. |
