A Study Of Dingchuan Decoction Combined With Budesonide Formoterol In The Treatment Of Mild To Moderate Chronic Asthma Syndrome(Re Xiao Zheng)

Objective:To observe the effect of dingchuan decoction combined with budesonide formoterol on patients with mild and moderate chronic asthma with heat syndrome.Methods: Fifty-two patients who met the standard of naturopathy were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 26 patients in each group.The control group was given budesonide formoterol powder inhalation,and the observation group was given dingchuan decoction on this basis.All cases were treated for 28 days,to observe the level of symptom control,improvement of daytime and night symptoms and adverse reactions.Results: The effective rate was 96.15% in the observation group and 84.62% in the control group(P < 0.05).The improvement range of daytime symptoms in the observation group before and after treatment was larger than that in the control group,but the difference of night symptoms between the two groups was not significant.The adverse event rate was 7.8% in the observation group and 23.0% in the control group.Conclusion:Dingchuan decoction combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma mild to moderate chronic duration can obtain better efficacy,the effective rate is increased,can effectively improve the patients' daytime symptoms with less adverse events.
