Objective: In this study,we observed the HAMD-24 scores,SAS scores,TCM syndrome efficacy evaluation table of depression and the changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment, evaluated the clinical efficacy of Lingguibafa combined with music therapy in the treatment of depression with liver depression and qi stagnation, and explored the mechanism of this method in the treatment of depression,so as to provide some basis for clinical promotion. Methods: Sixty patients with depression who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. In the treatment group,Lingguibafa and music therapy were used.Taichong,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Shenmen(both bilateral acupoints)and Tanzhong were used for acupuncture, with needles inserted at Sanyinjiao by twirling and reinforcing,Taichong by twirling and reducing and others by uniform reinforcing-reducing.The remaining acupoints were kept for 40 minutes, once every 10 minutes, and Pingshaluoyan was played to the patients after acupuncture. The control group was treated with Deanxit once, one time in the morning and one time in the evening. The two groups were treated 6 days a week, rest 1 day,a total of 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of treatment, the Self-rating Anxiety Sale(SAS),24 items of HamiltonDepression Scale(hamd-24)and the TCM syndrome efficacy rating scale of depression before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.SPSS 22.0 software package was used for statistical analysis of all data. The mean ± standard deviation(?)was used to represent the measurement data. The comparison between groups before and after treatment was conducted with independent sample t test. The paired samplet test was used for intra-group comparison before and after treatment.Chi square x2 test was used for the count data and rank sum test was used for the grade data.?=0.05 was chosen as the test standard, with p<0.05 as the difference. Results: Thirty cases in the treatment group had no adverse reactions during the treatment, while the control had dizziness, nausea and other adverse reactions. In terms of clinical efficacy,6 cases in the treatment group were cured;16 cases were significantly effective;6 cases were effective;2 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 93.3%.In the control group,3cases were cured;10 cases were significantly effective;11 cases were effective;6 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 80%.The difference between the two groups had statistical significance(p<0.05).The total scores of HAMD-24 and SAS in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).According to the scores of TCM symptoms of these two groups, the treatment group is significantly better than control group,in remission of depression, painful chest and hypochondrium, irritability, frequent tearfulness and sigh, insomnia and dreaminess.Conclusion:(1)Lingguibafa combined with music therapy can effectively alleviate the TCM syndrome score;it can also reduce SAS and HAMD-24 score of the depression of liver and qi stagnation, with definite effects but noside effects.(2)The therapeutic effect of Lingguibafa combined with music therapy is better than that of Deanxit for the treament of the depression of liver and qi stagnation.
