| Objective: to study the effect of treating primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS)with large dose of Glucocorticoid(GC)in the treatment of acne in patients with Yin deficiency and hyperactive fire,so as to provide more objective and reliable clinical evidence for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hormone-induced side effects and the improvement of clinical prognosis.Methods: from March 2019 to September 2019,60 patients with large dose of PNS in the phase of hormone therapy(Yin deficiency,fire and fire type)who met the inclusion criteria and diagnostic criteria were selected from the inpatients and out-patients of the department of nephrology,the first affiliated hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine.30 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received standard hormone therapy,and according to the needs of the disease rational use of immunosuppressive agents and dialectical use of proprietary Chinese medicine.Treatment group in the control group on the basis of the prescription(yishen yuyin mixture).Collected into the set of all patients before and after treatment the skin acne severity of clinical data and TCM syndrome integral,compared two groups of patients before and after the treatment of skin acne happens,severity,and the change of TCM syndromeintegral,and 24 hours urinary protein,serum albumin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,such as change in value,and statistical analysis.Results:1,acne occurrence and severity of comparison: the treatment group acne Ⅰmagnitude in 2 cases,Ⅱ level 0 cases,Ⅲ level 0 cases,Ⅳ level 0 cases,its incidence is 6.67%;Control patients Ⅰ magnitude in 1 case,Ⅱ level 4 cases,Ⅲlevel in 2 cases,Ⅳ level 4 cases,the incidence was 23.3%,the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine:in the yishen yuyin mixture combined with hormone therapy group,12 cases were cured clinically,9 cases were effective,6 cases were effective,and 3cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 90%.In the western medicine control group,there were 9 cases of clinical recovery,6 cases of obvious effect,8 cases of effective effect,7 cases of ineffective effect,and the total effective rate was 76.7%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the total score of TCM symptoms: there was a significant difference in the score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in the treatment group(P < 0.01),while there was no significant difference in the score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in the control group(P >0.05).After treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.4.Comparison of 24-hour urinary protein before and after treatment between the two groups: the 24-hour urinary protein in both groups decreased significantly after treatment,and there was no statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).5.Comparison of plasma albumin between the two groups before and after treatment: plasma albumin in both groups increased significantly after treatment,and was more significant in the treatment group,which was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of blood lipids before and after treatment between the two groups: after treatment,total cholesterol and triglyceride in the two groups decreased significantly,and the treatment group was more obvious,which was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yishen yuyin mixture is effective in preventing the occurrence and severity of acne.2.Yishen yuyin mixture significantly improves the symptoms of various traditional Chinese medicine and improves the comprehensive efficacy.3.Yishen yuyin mixture combined with hormones significantly improved urinary protein,increased plasma albumin,and decreased blood lipid. |
