Protein Elimination Mixture Plus Hormone Therapy In Children With Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To explore the curative effect and mechanism of DANRAIXIAO Oral liquids and hormone in treating primary nephrotic syndrome of children.Methods 60 patients were divided into treatment groups (TG) 30 cases (male 22 cases, female 8 cases; average age, 5.1 #2.2 years; average progress , 28 # 4.5 days.) and control group 30 cases (male 23 cases ,female 7 cases; average age, 5.3 # 2.4 years; average progress, 30 # 5.7 days).After common treatment including eliminated infections, two groups took prednisone ,At the same time, TG patients took DANBAIXIAO Oral liquids for 8 weeks. The serum total protein, albumin A, immune globulin G, total proteinuria of 24 hours, interleukin 2 receptors in urine(urine sIL-2R), the time of disappearance of proteinuria, and edemia ,the time of resuming urine capacity, cholesterol(CHO), triglyceride (TG), LDL, HDL, and alanine aminotransferase (ALT),endogenous creatinine rate (Ccr) before and after threapy were measured and the changes were analyzed.Results 1 .After being treated for 8 weeks, the total efficiency of TG between CG was resemble. The total efficiency of QI deficiency in lung and spleen type between deficiency in spleen and damp wrapped type in TG made no difference (P>0.05) .2.The level of serum IgG, TP and ALB increased; the level of total proteinuria of 24 hours , CHO, TG, LDL, sIL-2R in urine decreased obviously; the time of disappearance of proteinuria, and edemia shortened ,the time of resuming urine capacity became short too. It showed that the effect in TG was better than CG evidently (P<0.05) J.The level of ALT and Ccr in TG made no obvious change (P>0.05) .4.Followed visit showed that relapse rate in TG was lower than CG (P<0.05) .Conclusion The effect of DANBAIXIAO oral liquids and hormone was better than CG. It could decrease the eduction of proteinuria and short the time of disappearance of proteinuria. It could heighten the level of plasma protein and decrease the level of plasma lipid. It could reduce relapse rate of patients. It could improve edema and coagulation. The probably mechanism was that DANBAIXIAO Oral liquids have the function of regulating immunity, diuresis and detumescence , anti-coagulation.
