Clinical Study Of Cupping Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Cream In Treating Abdominal Obesity

Objective : For comprehens ive evaluating and comparing the method whic h use abdo minal c upp ing comb ined with TCM cream and abdo minal cupping comb ined with Vaseline in the treatment of abdominal obes ity,to provide a c linic al referenc e for abdominal cupp ing treatment comb ined with TCM cream in the treatment of abdominal obes ity.And makes in-depth discuss ion and analys is o f the research results,so as to provid e s afe and effective new methods and new ideas for c linic al treatment of abdo minal obesity.Method: Using the methods of clinical randomized controlled trials will come fro m 2018.12-2019.12 in Chinese med ic ine c linic of Chen Jian Jun,the Huiyuantang Chinese med ic ine c linic and co-cosmeto logy institutio ns,accord ing to the researc h purpose and the sub jects of stand ard diagnostic criteria,inc lus ion criteria and exc lus ion criteria,will co nform to the standards of sub jects were randomly ass igned into : A Chines e med ic ine treatment group(c upping p lus comb ine with TCM cream)in patients with 30 c ases,the contrast group B(cupp ing p lus comb ine with Vaseline)in patients with 30 cases;A total o f 60 cas es.Compare self-assessment b efore and after the treatment.To analyse numeric al variatio n of body weight,waist c ircumference,hip c ircumference,BMI and wa ist-hip ratio.to c larify the c linic al effect of abdominal cupp ing on abdominal obes ity,espec ially abdominal cupping combined with TCM cream on abdominal obesity.Results:1.The treatment group total effective rate was 96.7%,and that of the contrast group was 56.7%.The overall effic acy of two gro ups of patients after treatment with statis tical s ignific ance(p < 0.05),and the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than contrast gro up.2.The imp rovement of body weight(BW),wais t c irc umference(WC),hip circumference(HC),BMI and waist-to-hip ratio(WHt R)in the two gro ups was proportional to the time of treatment.3.In the end of the treatment,the fo llo w-up results of the s ignific ant cases,the treatment gro up and the contrast group were statistic ally s ignific ant,p <0.05.The lo ng-term effect of abdominal c upping comb ined with TCM cream on abdominal obes ity was better than that of Vaseline group.Conclusion: Abdominal c upping therapy combined with TCM cream is effective in the treatment of abdominal obes ity.the impro vement of body weight(BW),waist circumferenc e(WC),hip c irc umference(HC),BMI and waist-hip ratio(WHt R)in patients with abdominal obes ity within 12 weeks is proportio nal during treatment time.After 12 weeks of treatment,the imp rovement effect and lo ng-term effec t of vario us ind exes of trad itio nal Chinese medicine diet cream group were better than that of Vaseline group.
