Object:To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of non-specific low back pain associated with abdominal obesity,And to further explore the correlation between non-specific low back pain and abdominal obesity.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into treatment group(abdominal acupuncture group)and control group(routine acupuncture group)with 30 cases according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture, and the treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture points on the basis of the control group. One course of treatment was given in1 week, with a total of 4 courses of treatment. The treatment time was once a day,6 consecutive days per week, and 1 day of rest. After the end of treatment, the VAS,JOA and FFD indexes of the two groups were evaluated and compared, and the long-term efficacy was followed up by telephone 2month after the end of treatment.Results:(1)Compliance:in this study,a total of 60 patients were included,4 of whom were lost, and 56 of whom were actually completed, with a total loss rate of6.67%.(2)Effective rate:the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 92.86% and 85.71%,respectively.The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)Short-term efficacy:after treatment, the indicators of VAS,JOA and FFD in both groups were significantly reduced(p<0.01).In terms of VAS score, there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).In terms of JOA and FFD scores, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).(4)Long-term efficacy: during the follow-up,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the treatment group and the treatment group(p>0.05),but the VAS score in the control group was higher than that after treatment(p<0.05),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(p<0.05).In terms of JOA,it was significantly higher in the treatment group during follow-up than after treatment(p<0.01),and no significant difference was found in the control group during follow-up compared with after treatment(p>0.05).There was a significant difference in JOA score between the two groups during follow-up(p<0.01).In terms of FFD score,it was significantly reduced in the treatment group during follow-up compared with that after treatment(p<0.01),while there was no significant difference in the control group compared with that after treatment(p>0.05).There were significant differences in FFD between the two groups during follow-up(p<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Abdominal acupuncture on the basis of conventional acupuncture can significantly improve the non-specific low back pain with abdominal obesity patients with low back pain and other clinical symptoms, and its long-term efficacy is better than conventional acupuncture.(2)Abdominal acupuncture is a effective method for the treatment of non-specific low back pain associated with abdominal obesity, which is worthy of widespread application in clinical practice.
