Clinical Study On Exercise Acupuncture Combined With Zhuang Yi Meridian Acupuncture For Periarthritis Of Shoulder

Objective:This project aims to explore the clinical effects of exercise acupuncture combined with Zhuangyi Meridian Acupuncture on peripheral shoulder inflammation and the mechanism of changes in serotonin content in serum.Objectively and scientifically explore the clinical effectiveness of exercise acupuncture combined with Zhuang Yi Meridian Acupuncture and the effect of changes in serotonin content on scapulohumeral periarthritis,and provide a basis for choosing a more effective way to treat periarthritis of the shoulder in the future.Methods:Sixty patients with periarthritis who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,of which 30 patients were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Zhuang Yi Meridian Acupuncture and 30 patients were treated with Western medicine.Treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets.The acupuncture group first gave exercise acupuncture,that is,acupuncture the main acupoints of shoulder pain,neck pain,Yanglingquan and the corresponding matching points Hegu,Likuai,Houxi and Waiguan.Perform lateral flexion,abduction,internal rotation and other exercises on the lateral limbs,and then take out the needle after 30 minutes;Light and heavy,after touching,pressing,holding,tracing,touching,plucking,pushing,kneading,etc,to conduct local exploration of the shoulder joint to determine the tendon node,pierce into the tendon node with a needle,and get the needle quickly after getting angry.Treatment was performed once a day,followed by a rest period of 2 days after 5 days of treatment,with 5 sessions as a course of treatment for a total of 2 sessions.The western medicine group was treated with oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets,75 mg each time,taken after dinner,treated once a day,and rested for 2 days after 5 days of treatment,with 5 times as a course of treatment for a total of 2 courses.The visual analogue score(VAS score),shoulder function scale score(Melle score),serum serotonin content,and clinical efficacy after treatment were evaluated and evaluated before and after treatment.Results:(1)Comparison of VAS score,Melle score,and serum serotonin content in the two groups after treatment: VAS score(1.60 ± 2.04)in the acupuncture group,VAS score(5.00 ± 2.86)in the western medicine group,and Melle score(1.90 ± 2.17)in the acupuncture group,The Melle score of the western medicine group(5.03 ± 2.26),the serum serotonin content of the acupuncture group(0.28 ± 0.01),and the serum serotonin content of the western medicine group(0.52 ± 0.06).After treatment,the serum serotonin content of both groups was reduced,and the acupuncture group was more significant.It can be known from the above that both methods can improve the VAS score,Melle score,and serum serotonin content,and the difference between the two groups after treatment is statistically significant,P <0.01,suggesting that the acupuncture method combined with the Zhuangyi Meridian Acupuncture Method It is superior to diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets in improving VAS score,Melle score,and serum serotonin content in patients with periarthritis of the shoulder.(2)Comparing the clinical efficacy after treatment between the two groups,the total effective rate of the exercise acupuncture combined with the Zhuangyi Meridian Acupuncture is 96.67%,and the western medicine group is 66.66%.The difference between the two is statistically significant,P <0.05,suggesting that The clinical effect of exercise acupuncture combined with Zhuangyi Meridian Acupuncture on periarthritis of shoulder is better than that of diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets.Conclusion:Exercise acupuncture combined with Zhuangyi Meridian Acupuncture can effectively alleviate pain in patients with periarthritis of the shoulder,improve the range of motion of the shoulder joint of patients,and have obvious effects in treating patients with periarthritis of the shoulder.Exercise acupuncture combined with Zhuangyi Meridian Acupuncture can effectively inhibit the expression of related peptides 'immunoreactive activity,inhibit inflammatory response and thus hinder serotonin production,and finally reduce the serotonin content in patients' serum.
