After the Second World War,the global urgency for security requirements decreased, and the development of economic globalization has made the search for cooperation one of the main features of international relations.Since then, the status of intergovernmental international organizations composed of sovereign states by concluding international conventions has become increasingly prominent in the international community. The economic results brought about by globalization and global economic development are unprecedented, and promoting the cross-border movement of people and goods. As a result, diseases and viruses have also spread across borders, which has put pressure on health systems in various countries around the world to provide comprehensive medical services for the increasingly urbanized population, prevent and control the epidemic, and ensure that the poor can also obtain treatment and medicine Enhanced.Economic growth is directly linked to public health,so national growth strategies need to consider health security and emergency assistance to ensure sustainable growth. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China's national strength and international status, the degree of participation in global health governance has continued to deepen, and health diplomacy has played an increasingly important role in showing China's national soft power.Global public health professionals and technicians have actively cooperated on studying disease prevention and control, which has become a new way for countries to broaden their international horizons and spread culture across borders.China's participation in global health governance is mainly based on cooperation with international organizations,of which cooperation with the World Health Organization is the closest. This article hopes to study the interaction between China and the World Health Organization, and summarize the changes in the relationship between China and WHO by analyzing relevant statistics, government work reports, research reports, news reports and other data in China,as well as research reports, annual reports,World Health Assembly documents, and financial reports issued by WHO.This article selects three typical cases of cooperation between China and WHO to respond to the epidemic——the SARS epidemic in 2003,the Ebola epidemic in 2008 and the COVED-19 epidemic at the end of 2019,hoping to analyze the cooperative measures between China and WHO in these three incidents, sum up China's identity change from recipients, learners to funders and leaders in cooperation with WHO.Thus showing China's status change from passive participant to active constructor in cooperation with WHO.
