Clinical Effect Of Guantong Decoction On Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

Objective: Through the observation of the clinical effect of Guantong formula in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,so as to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods: 76 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy were selected from the inpatient department and outpatient department of Cardiology Department of Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital,and the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis was identified by TCM.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine basic therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Guantong Decoction on the basis of it.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,angina score,cardiac function classification,TCM syndrome score,quality of life and exercise tolerance test scores,blood lipid level,liver and kidney function basis,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine and other indexes of the two groups were recorded respectively,and the changes of each index before and after treatment were compared.Results: The total effective rate of clinical symptoms of ischemic cardiomyopathy was 82.86% in Guantong formula group and 60.60% in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The results of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05),the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05);The total effective rate of heart function in Treatment group was 88.57% and 66.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The TC and LDL-C levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The results of the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).The results of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05);The HDL-C level of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05);The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the results were all of statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Moreover,the TCM syndrome scores of the Treatment group were significantly decreased,with a significant decrease compared with the control group(P < 0.05).the total effective rate of Treatment group was 80%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.64%,and the TCM syndrome effect of Treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);The quality of life of the patients in the two groups was evaluated by Minnesota Heart failure.The scores of quality of life in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores of quality of life in the Treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05);the exercise tolerance test was performed in the two groups by six minute walking test,and the walking test after treatment was performed in the two groups The distance was significantly longer than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the Treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Guantong decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.(2)The effect of Treatment group was better than that of thecontrol group.(3)Both groups can improve the heart function of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of ischemic cardiomyopathy,reduce the score of Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of life assessment,and lengthen the six minute walking distance,so as to improve the quality of life and exercise tolerance of patients,and the effect of Treatment group is better than that of the control group.(4)Both groups can improve the blood lipid level,and the effect of Treatment group is better than that of the control group.(5)Both groups can improve the score of TCM Syndrome Scale in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of ischemic cardiomyopathy,and the effect of Treatment group is better than that of the control group.(5)No obvious adverse reactions were found during the treatment.
