Clinical Effect Of Guantong Prescription ? On Senile Coronary Heart Disease(Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin With Blood Stasis) And Its Effect On Hemorheology

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guantongfang ? on elderly patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi-Yin deficiency with blood stasis syndrome)and its impact on the level of Hemorheology and safety,and to explore a new treatment method for different comorbidities of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease by Guantongfang ?.Methods: From March 2019 to December 2019,67 patients with Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were diagnosed in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and International Zhuang Medical Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Through inclusion of exclusion criteria,60 patients were selected.The patients were divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,with 30 in each group and control group with heart.The treatment group was given Guantongfang Decoction No.? on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The efficacy of angina pectoris,the total score of TCM syndromes and the changes of individual scores,the rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal and the level of Hemorheology change were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine and liver and kidney function of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded as safety evaluation indexes.Results: Both the treatment group and the control group could alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris.The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was 86.67%.The total effective rate of the control group was 56.67%,and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);in terms of the improvement of TCM syndrome score,both groups could improve the level of TCM syndrome total score after treatment,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),with a statistically significant difference.In terms of single syndrome score,except that the control group could not improve insomnia and dreaminess syndrome,both groups had an improvement effect on chest pain,chest tightness,palpitation,shortness of breath and fatigue,dry mouth,and spontaneous sweat before treatment(P<0.05),and after treatment,the treatment group had a better effect than the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and in shortness of breath and weakness,spontaneous sweat,dry mouth three In terms of the three syndromes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the treatment group had a more significant effect than the control group in improving these three syndromes;the reduction rate of nitroglycerin was 56.67% in the treatment group and 46.67% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of comparison of Hemorheology changes,both groups can reduce the level of hemorheology before treatment after treatment,and the degree ofdecline in the treatment group is greater than that in the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:(1)Guantongfang ? can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,and it is safe without side effects.(2)Guantongfang ? can improve the chest pain,chest distress,palpitation,shortness of breath,asthenia,insomnia,dry mouth and other symptoms of elderly patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.(3)Guantongfang ? can improve the blood rheology of patients,thereby reducing the blood viscosity,improving microcirculation,alleviating angina symptoms and other effects.
