Clinical Observation Of Guantong Decoction Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis And The Effect On IL-35

Objective: Clinical observation of Guantong Decoction treatment of stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis and the effect on IL-35.Methods: During the period from March 2017 to December 2017,Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of TCM affiliated chronic disease outpatient 60 cases diagnosed as stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided the subjects were randomly divided into Guantong Decoction group and control group 30 cases,control group received routine treatment of Western medicine,the treatment group of Guantong Decoction on the basis of the control group plus Guantong Decoction,two patients were treated for 4 weeks,the symptoms of two groups of patients with angina pectoris were recorded before and after treatment(including angina attack frequency and duration)and Seattle angina scale and Qi deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome Scale score,12 lead ECG change,nitrate the amount of glycerol,blood lipid,activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin 35(IL-35)level,liver and kidney function,blood and urine routine basis,The improvement of angina pectoris before and after treatment and the changes of each index were compared.Results: after treatment of angina pectoris of Guantong Decoction group rate was 89.6% in the control group after treatment was 60%,Guantong Decoction group after treatment of angina pectoris efficiency is better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the number of angina pectoris,the duration of angina pectoris,the score of Seattle angina pectoris scale,the frequency of angina pectoris,the satisfaction of the treatment and the cognition of the disease were improved in four aspects,and the improvement of the group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)the difference has statistical significance.The two groups were improved in the stability of angina pectoris,but there was no significant difference in the degree of improvement between the group and the control group(P>0.05).The main symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were chest tightness and chest pain.After treatment,Guantong Decoction group was better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis was the main symptom of palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue and dark dark color.After treatment,Guantong Decoction group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Guantong Decoction group after treatment,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate of 55.17%,the control group after treatment,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate of 42.85%,Guantong Decoction group after treatment,ECG effective rate was 72.41%,the control group after treatment,the ECG effective rate was 50%,two groups of patients after the treatment efficiency of ECG and nitroglycerin by statistical analysis showed no difference in the rate of stop.Laboratory index,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein levels were decreased after treatment in two groups,Guantong Decoction group decreased more than the control group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant,two groups of patients with high density lipoprotein levels were elevated after treatment of Guantong Decoction group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01)the difference was statistically significant.Activated partial thromboplastin time after treatment in two groups(APTT)were prolonged,Guantong Decoction group APTT prolonged than control group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.Two groups of patients after treatment of Guantong Decoction patients in the hs-CRP group decreased than the control group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.Two groups of patients after treatment of Guantong Decoction group IL-35 patients decreased than the control group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.Guantong Decoction can alleviate Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of stable angina pectoris in patients with symptoms of angina and improve the blood lipid and prolong APTT.2.Guantong Decoction can improve the stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patients in Seattle angina questionnaire score.3.Guantong Decoction can improve the stable angina patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome symptoms.4.Guantong Decoction treatment of stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis can increase the level of IL-35 in serum and hs-CRP level decreased.
