Objective:This study aims to investigate the effect of Qingjiehuagong method on intestinal mucosal barrier function in patients with mild acute pancreatitis.By observing the improvement of symptoms and signs, the change trend of inflammatory index and intestinal mucosal monitoring index, recording the incidence of complications and total clinical efficacy. Then we can understand the clinical effect and mechanism of Qingjiehuagong method in treating patients with mild acute pancreatitis. So as to provide scientific basis for application of Qingjiehuagong method in the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis. Methods:Collected 40 MAP patients who met the inclusion criteria then divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan selected by the patients, each group has 20 patients. The control group was treated with Inhibition of gastric acid secretion, inhibition of pancreatic enzyme secretion and rehydration support therapy. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated combined with Qingjiehuagong method. In the course of treatment, the symptoms?abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting?and signs?bowel sounds?of the two groups were closely observed. On the first day,the third day and the seventh day after admission, the related indexes of inflammation and intestinal mucosal barrier function were detected. In addition, both groups'incidence rate of complication, effective rate of clinical treatment and the hospitalization time would be recorded.Results:?1?In terms of comprehensive curative effect, according to the evaluation criteria of curative effect of the disease, there were no complications in both groups, the both groups'total efficiency of clinical treatment was the same ?P>0.05?.?2?In terms of the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs, the time of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, and the time of recovery of bowel sounds in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group?P<0.05?.It indicates that the effect of improving symptoms and signs in the observation group is better than the control group.?3?In terms of the inflammatory index, comparing the index within the first week of admission, both groups'change trend are approximately the same. Moreover, the CRP numerical value of the observation group on the 3rdand 7thdays decreased more significantly than that of the control group ?P<0.05?,suggesting that the effect of the observation group on control inflammation was better than that of the control group.?4?In terms of the serum DAO,comparing the index within the first week of admission, both groups'change trend are approximately the same. Moreover, the observation group decreased more significantly on the 3rdand7thdays than control group?P<0.05?,suggesting that the protective effect of the observation group on intestinal barrier function was better than that in the control group.?5?In terms of the serum D-lactate,comparing the index within the first week of admission, both groups'change trend are approximately the same. Moreover, the observation group decreased more significantly than control group on the 3rdday?P<0.05?,suggesting that the protective effect of the observation group on intestinal barrier function was better than that in the control group. On the 7thday,both groups'index have no difference?P>0.05?,suggesting that the protective effect of two groups on intestinal barrier function were the same.?6?In terms of length of stay, the length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, suggested that the effect of the observation group in shortening the treatment period is better than that of the control group.Conclusions:?1?The application of combined Qingjiehuagong method in the routine treatment scheme of western medicine can effectively improve MAP patients'clinical symptoms and signs.Besides,Qingjiehuagong method can control the inflammatory reaction better, protect the function of intestinal barrier function better.?2?The mechanism of Qingjiehuagong Method in treating MAP may be related to inhibiting inflammation, promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis, protecting intestinal barrier function and regulating intestinal flora.?3?Qingjiehuagong method has defined the prescription, dosage and drug administration of the MAP Chinese medicine therapeutic regimen. It guaranteed the effectiveness and can be widespread used.Qingjiehuagong method is beneficial to expand the influence of Chinese medicine and and plays an important synergistic role in the treatment of MAP by Chinese medicine.
