Discussion On The Six Syndromes Of Chronic Gastritis

Objective: According to statistically analyze the clinical data of 120 patients with chronic gastritis;classify the symptoms of chronic gastritis patients into six channels,summarize the characteristics of syndrome differentiation of six channels for chronic gastritis,and provide reference for clinical treatment of chronic gastritis from the six channels.Methods: The 120 patients with chronic gastritis syndromes were analyzed based on syndrome differentiation of the six channels,by collecting and statistically analyzing the information of the four clinics of them,and SPSS20.0 was used analyze to the patients' gender,age,occupation,course of disease,dietary preferences,main symptoms,and concurrent syndromes,tongue and pulse,viscera differentiation,syndrome differentiation of the six channels and so on.Results:1.In 120 cases of CG patients,female are more than male,and the ratio of male to female is about 1: 1.35.The age of onset ranged is from 18-76 years old,and most of them are middle-aged people aged 41-65 years old,accounting for about 63.3%.Most patients have a course of disease are less than or equal to 1 year,accounting for about 60.0%.Workers are the most common occupation of patients,accounting for about 30.8%.The following one is retirees,accounting for about 28.4%.The staff is accounted for about20.8%.The patients' dietary preference was more spicy,accounting for about32.5%.2.The most common TCM syndrome in CG clinical is liver and stomach discord,accounting for about 38.3%,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,accounting for about 35%;the most common clinical main symptom is gastric epigastria pain,accounting for about 58.3%,The second one is acid reflux(32.5%),belching(31.7%),and epigastria bloating(25.0%);however gastric epigastria pain is more common with hidden pain,accounting for about 25.0%.The following one is bloating pain,accounting for about 18.3%,and epigastralgia is more common,accounting for 25.0%,And then is belly pain,accounting for 18.3%.The common TCM syndromes include chest tightness,dizziness,dry mouth,poor sleep,loose stools,palpitations,fatigue,etc.The common clinic tongue images are red tongue(56.7%)and light red tongue(24.2%);The common tongue coating is thin white fur(30.8%)),thin yellow fur(24.2%),yellow greasy fur(21.7%);and common pulses are string slippery pulse(15.8%)and string pulse(13.3%).3.In the 120 cases of CG patients,single menstrual disease is more common in the syndrome differentiation of the six channels;accounting for 71.7%.The second is two-meridian syndrome;accounting for about 26.7%,and three-meridian syndrome accounting for only 1.7%.Among the single menstrual lesions,Shaoyang disease is the most common;accounting for about 20.8%.The second is Taiyin disease;accounting for about 18.3%,and Taiyang-Shaoyang disease is the most common in two-meridian diseases,accounting for about 7.5%.The six-menstrual syndrome of chronic gastritis is divided into single-menstrual forms,the most frequent occurrence was Shaoyang disease;accounting for about 44.2%,and the following one are Taiyin disease(25.0%),Shaoyin disease(24.2%),Yangming disease(24.2%),Taiyang disease(20.8%),Jueyin disease(5.8%).It shows that chronic gastritis has mostly the appearance of Shaoyang disease,which is closelyrelated to Shaoyang,so it can provide an objective reference for the treatment of chronic gastritis from Shaoyang.Conclusions:1.The incidence of chronic gastritis are mostly female.The incidence of chronic gastritis may be related to the patient's age,occupation and dietary preferences.2.In the distribution of the six syndrome types of chronic gastritis,single menstrual diseases are more common,followed by two-meridian combined diseases.The frequency of single menstrual lesions in patients with chronic gastritis is higher in order of Shaoyang disease,Taiyin disease and Shaoyin disease.3.Chronic gastritis patients with short course of disease are mainly caused by single menstrual diseases of the Yang Meridian,and those with longer course of disease are mainly caused by lesions of the two channels.4.Liver-stomach discordant syndrome is mainly due to Shaoyang disease,spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome is more common with Yangming disease,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome is more common with Taiyin disease,stomach collateral stasis syndrome is more common with Jueyin disease,stomach-yin deficiency syndrome More common with Shao yin disease.5.Chronic gastritis can be treated from Shaoyang.
