Objective: To observe the clinical effect of combined therapy of acupoint embedding and electroacupuncture on patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease through clinical randomized controlled trials, and to provide a basis for clinical treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods: This study strictly included 60 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. They were randomized into groups using the random number table method and divided into an experimental group(embedding thread plus electroacupuncture combined therapy)and a control group(embedding thread Combined with body acupuncture),30 cases in each group. The experimental group took Riyue,Qimen,Yanglingquan,Neiguan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Ganshu,Pishu and Weishu acupoints. After 11 days of embedding treatment at the acupoints, they were given electroacupuncture treatment.Once a day,a total of 4 treatments,15 days as a treatment cycle,a second cycle of treatment immediately after the end of a treatment cycle. The control group was given embedding treatment for 11 days, and then treated with body acupuncture once a day for 4 times. The treatment cycle and acupoint selection were the same as those in the experimental group. Both groups received 60 days of treatment.Observe the changes of body weight,BMI,TG,ALT and liver / spleen CT ratio of the two groups before treatment,30 days of treatment and 60 days of treatment, and use SPSS 20 to analyze the data.Results:1.Comparison of body weight and body mass index: after one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment, the body weight change of the two groups is significant(P <0.05).After two courses of treatment, the body weight change of the two groups is significant Difference(P <0.05).It shows that both groups of treatment can effectively reduce the weight of the patients, and the experimental group is better than the control group in terms of weight loss. After treatment, the body mass index of the two groups was lower than before, and the difference was significant(P <0.05),but the difference between the groups was not obvious(P> 0.05),which was not statistically significant.2.Comparison of the level of ALT changes: After one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment, the ALT changes in the two groups were significantly different(P <0.01),and the changes in ALT between the two groups after treatment were significant(P <0.01).It shows that both groups of treatment can effectively reduce the ALT level of the patients, and the experimental group is better than the control group in reducing the ALT level of the patients.3.Comparison of changes in TG levels: After one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment, the two groups have significant changes in TG levels(P <0.01),and there is a significant difference in changes in TG levels between the two groups(P < 0.05).It shows that both groups of treatment can effectively reduce the TG level of the patients, and the experimental group is better than the control group in reducing the TG level of the patients.4.Comparison of TG level improvement: 4 cases were cured clinically in the experimental group,12 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 83.33%,2 cases in the control group were clinically cured,7 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective, and were invalid 11 cases, the total effective rate was 63.33%,the two groups were tested by rank sum test, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that both therapies can effectively reduce the degree of TG,and the reduction of the experimental group is better than the control group.5.Comparison of the effect of liver / spleen CT ratio: 4 cases were cured clinically,10 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 73.33%,1 case was cured clinically,3 cases were markedly effective,14 were effective 12 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 60%,the two groups were tested by rank sum test, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),the two groups of patients had different degrees of improvement in the effect of liver and spleen CT value after treatment. The treatment effect is the best.6.Comparison of the changes in liver / spleen CT ratio: after treatment, the liver / spleen CT ratio was higher than before, the difference was significant(P <0.01),the difference between the groups was significant(P <0.05),indicating that the two groups The severity of the patient's condition was reduced after treatment, and the experimental group was better than the control group.7.Comparison of clinical symptom improvement: 15 cases were markedly effective in the experimental group,12 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.00%.After statistical analysis, the difference in clinical symptom improvement between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of clinical symptom improvement.8.Comparison of clinical comprehensive efficacy: In this study,in the comparison of clinical comprehensive efficacy of patients,7 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.67%,3 cases were cured,7 There were 10 effective cases and 10 ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 66.67%.The curative effect between the groups was significantly different(P <0.05).It shows that both treatment methods have good therapeutic effect on patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver, but the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.9.Safety testing: All cases were observed before and after treatment for body temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, and three routine and electrocardiogram examinations were performed. No adverse events and adverse reactions were found. Conclusions: 1.The combined therapy of acupoint catgut embedding and electroacupuncture has a definite clinical effect on the treatment of NAFLD.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce weight, increase the liver / spleen CT ratio, reduce the serum ALT and TG levels, and delay the disease progression.2.The combined therapy of acupoint catgut embedding and electroacupuncture, the combined therapy of acupoint catgut embedding and body acupuncture has good effect on NAFLD,and the curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding plus electroacupuncture is better than that of acupoint catgut embedding plus body acupuncture.3.It is safe to treat patients with NAFLD with acupoint catgut embedding plus electroacupuncture combined therapy, acupoint catgut embedding plus body acupuncture combined therapy, and no adverse reactions of acupuncture have been found.
