Objective:To observe the effect of electrical stimulation of auricular point Shenmen on the immediate antihypertension of primary hypertension, and to evaluate the effect of auricular point on the immediate blood pressure of primary hypertension and to provide a more reliable clinical basis for the clinical application of auricular acupuncture to treat hypertension.Method:in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,30 patients with primary hypertension were chosen as the object of study. The auricular point Shenmen of the patients was selected as the electrical stimulation point. The patients were made to undergo false and true electrical stimulation respectively, and their blood pressure was recorded separately before the false and true stimulation,5,10 and 15 minutes after the start of stimulation, the patients were compared with each other in respect of the change of blood pressure after receiving the false and true electrical stimulation on the auricular point, and the differences in blood pressure between true and false intervention were compared. The immediate antihypertensive effect of electrical stimulation on auricular point on primary hypertension was analyzed and evaluated.Result:1.False intervention:Compared with what it was before treatment, there was a very significant difference in systolic blood pressure(P<0.01)and a significant difference in diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05)when the auricular point was stimulated for 5 min;there was no statistically significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure when the auricular point was stimulated for 10 and 15 min as compared with what it was before treatment(P>0.05).2.True intervention:Compared with what it was before treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the patients were both significantly different when the auricular point was stimulated for 5 min,10 min,and 15 min(P<0.01)3.Inter-group Comparison:There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the true and false intervention before the auricular point was electrically stimulated(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the systolic blood pressure between the true and false intervention when the auricular point was electrically stimulated for 5 min(P>0.05)and there was a very significant difference in the diastolic blood pressure between them when the auricular point was electrically stimulated for 5 min(P<0.01);There were very significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the true and the false intervention when the auricular electrical stimulation lasted 10 and 15 minutes(P<0.01)Conclusion:The electrical stimulation of auricular points has a significant effect of immediate antihypertension on patients with primary hypertension, and has a significant effect on both the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients. |
