| At present,there is a serious shortage of health talents at the grass-roots level in Henan Province.In order to explore the causes of the shortage of health talents in Henan Province,and put forward the relevant countermeasures,this paper,based on the investigation and research of the current situation of the shortage of health talents in Henan Province,collates the data by collecting data,questionnaire survey,field survey and other methods,and uses the ERG needs theory to respectively meet the needs of survival,mutual relationship and growth The causes of the shortage are analyzed.Through the research,it is found that in terms of survival needs,there are mainly low salaries,high work pressure,backward medical equipment,etc.in terms of mutual relationship needs,there are mainly tension between doctors and patients,the relationship between superiors and subordinates and colleagues is not coordinated,etc.;in terms of personal growth needs,there are mainly difficulties in promotion of professional titles,less opportunities for training and further education,Limited personal development space.Then according to the analysis results,the paper puts forward measures from three aspects: survival needs,mutual relationship needs and growth needs,mainly including: in terms of survival needs,the main measures are to improve pay,improve living and working environment,increase related welfare treatment;in terms of mutual relationship needs,the main measures are to improve the doctor-patient relationship,strengthen public opinion guidance,strengthen the training of grass-roots management personnel,and improve In terms of growth needs,the main measures are to give priority to promotion of professional titles,increase learning and training,and implement the measures of "county governs Township,township governs county",so as to improve personal development space. |
