| Objective: By studying the anti-infective effects of single application of antibiotics,and preoperative application of antibiotics and postoperative application of traditional Chinese medicine preparation Lianzhi alum solution retention enema,and the retention enema of Lianzhi alum solution during the perioperative period of the procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoides.Then it can confirm the preventive and antibacterial effect of antibiotics,Lianzhi alum solution or two of them.And by comparing the preventive effect of different antibacterials before operation,we can provide reference for the clinical application of antibiotics in the perioperative period of the procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoides.Method:Divide equally 150 patients who meet the standards randomly into A(Ceftriaxone Group),B(Ceftriaxone and Lianzhi alum solution Group),C(Lianzhi alum solution Group)three groups.The A group just was given Ceftriaxone intravenously half an hour before operation,the B group was given Ceftriaxone intravenously half an hour before operation and Lianzhi alum solution retention enema after operation,and the C group was given Lianzhi alum solution retention enema before and after operation.The local redness,swelling,heat,pain,pus,whole body temperature,white blood cell count and c-reactive protein were recorded.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used for analysis.To evaluate and compare the curative effect.Results:(1)A(Ceftriaxone Group),B(Ceftriaxone and Lianzhi alum solution Group)and C(Lianzhi alum solution Group)showed no significant difference in gender and age(p > 0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the white blood cell and c-reactive protein values between the three groups on the first day after surgery(P >,0.05).The white blood cell values of patients in group B and C on day 3,5 and 7 after surgery were lower than those in group A,with significant difference(P < 0.05).The results showed that the retention enema of Lianzhi alum solution had antibacterial effect after surgery,and the increase of white blood cell and c-reactive protein caused by bacteria could be improved.(3)There was one case of postoperative anastomotic infection in group A,accounting for 4%(2/50).No patients with anastomotic infection were found in the B and C groups.(4)Day 1 after surgery:Patients in group A and group B were given intravenous infusion of Ceftriaxone half an hour before the operation,and patients in group C were given retention enema of Lianzhi alum solution before the operation.On the first day after the operation,the local symptoms were mainly redness,swelling and pain.The difference in the infection index score of patients in the three groups on the first day after the operation was not statistically significant(p > 0.05),indicating that Ceftriaxone and Lianzhi alum solution had the same anti-infection effect on the first day after the operation.(5)Days 3,5,and 7 after surgery:The infection index score of patients in group A,B and C was the highest on the 3rd and 5th days after the operation,indicating that the symptoms of local redness,swelling,heat and pain of the anastomotic site on the 3rd and 5th days after the operation were worse than those on the 1st day after the operation,and the symptoms were relieved on the 7th day after the operation,but not completely improved.Compared with group B and C patients who received the enema with the Lianzhi alum solution after the operation,the score of infection index in group A on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after the operation was higher,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),indicating that the Lianzhi alum solution had antibacterial effect,thus improving the local red,swelling,heat and pain caused by bacteria.Especially on the 7th day after the operation,the local infection symptoms of patients in group A were more slowly relieved.Patients in group B received intravenous infusion of ceftriaxone before operation,and received retention enema of Lianzhi alum solution after operation,and patients in group C received retention enema of Lianzhi alum solution before and after operation,There was no significant difference in the scores of various infection indicators between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Chinese medicine preparation Linzhi alum solution has anti-infection effect,and the effect of anti-infective drugs in perioperative period was similar to that of Ceftriaxone combined with Lianzhi alum solution;(2)To a certain extent,preoperative preventive medication has the effect of preventing anastomotic stoma infection,but can not make the whole perioperative period to achieve the effect of preventing anti-infection. |
