| Objective:To compare the difference of blood electrolyte composition between patients with urinary calculi and patients without urolithiasis in south Anhui area.Methods:1333 patients with urinary calculi who were treated in the Department of Urology of Yi ji shan Hospital affiliated to Anhui Southern Medical College from September 2016 to September 2018 were collected as the experimental group, and 1333 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital in the same period were taken as the control group.Fasting peripheral blood was collected the next morning and the levels of serum potassium, sodium, chlorine, calcium and carbon dioxide binding capacity(CO2CP)were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer.Draw relevant conclusions. Results:The experimental group was 90 years old, with a male-to-female ratio of 1.56 to1.56,while the control group was 93 years old, with a male-to-female ratio of 1.48 to 1.48.The levels of serum sodium and chlorine in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of potassium and CO2 CP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of serum calcium in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. The serum sodium and chlorine levels of male patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of serum potassium and CO2 CP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).The level of serum calcium in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. For the female patients in the two groups, except that the serum calcium level of the female patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),the other results were consistent with those in the male group. The results of Logistic regression analysis of the factors affecting the formation of urinary calculi in men and women showed that theβ values of serum sodium and chlorine levels in men and women were 0.26,0.17,0.47 and 0.43,respectively(P <0.01 and P <0.01respectively).The results of Logisticregression analysis of the factors affecting the formation of urinary calculi in men and women showed that the levels of serum sodium and chlorine in men and women were0.26,0.17,0.47 and 0.43 respectively. Conclusion:There are differences in serum electrolyte levels between patients with urinary calculi and patients without urinary calculi in south Anhui area.Serum sodium and chlorine are risk factors for the formation of urinary calculi. |
