Objective: Using an infrared spectrometer to measure from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University Urology surgical access of constituents of urinary stones, studies the composition of urinary calculi in southwestern Fujian composition and the relationship between age, sex, comparing upper and lower urinary tract calculi of urinary components of distribution. Analysis of incidence of urinary calculi, stones as well as regional distribution, provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of urinary stones and basis. Methods: From June 2010 to September 2015, first affiliated hospital of Xiamen University 1974 specimens of urinary stones through stone infrared spectrometry instruments for the determination of the chemical composition. By SPSS20.0 software, using Chi-square and F test and the results were statistically analyzed, P<0.05 indicated the difference was statistically significant. Results: This research in the onset of male patients than females patients, the ratio is 2.11:1; onset of age paragraph concentrated in middle-aged, which 56~65 age age paragraph, onset number up, about accounted for 23.7%; The average prevalence age is(49.46 ± 14.47) age and the difference between the sexes was statistics differences(P<0.05); 1974 cases upper urinary tract stone patients kidney stones is 985 cases(49.9%), Ureteral stone is 836 cases( 42.35%), 270 cases of bladder stone(13.68%), 46 cases of urethral stone(2.33%), in male patients with upper urinary tract calculi is 78.9%, proportion of lower urinary tract stones is 21.1%, female patients with upper urinary tract calculi in proportion to 94.6%, lower urinary tract stones constitute more than just 5.4%. Mixed calcium oxalate stones with calcium oxalate monohydrate, calcium oxalate dehydrate and carbonate patite(21.9%), followed by calcium oxalate monohydrate + calcium oxalate dihydrate(16%) and calcium oxalate monohydrate + carbonate hydroxyapatite(12.7%), calcium oxalate stones in a single composition(17.8%) and an hydrous uric acid,(4.00%). Mixed stones in 1487 cases, 75.33% of the total number; calcium stones in 1790 cases(90.68%), highest rate of calcium oxalate in 1786cases(90.48%), followed by carbonate apatite in 1109 sases,(56.18%) and 166 cases of uric acid(8.41%) components. Infection of urinary stones(carbonate apatite) women are more common, 61.1% of women with urinary calculi. Proportion of,male patients are suffering in elderly patients with uric acid stones(86.05%). In southwest region of Fujian, the average prevalence age was statistically significant(P^0.05).the average age of Xiamen?Zhangzhou were higher than the average of Longyan(p<0.05).Conclusion: Southwest region of Fujian, urinary stones in patients with peak incidence in 56?65 age group, male patients than female patients. Male and female patients in the upper and lower urinary tract than there are differences in the constituting. The proportion of urinary stones in southwest region of Fujian highest component is calcium oxalate stones components, the patient presents different stones composition; infection stones(carbonate apatite) is more common in female patients; class uric acid stones more common in elderly patients, elderly male patient common. There is a difference in southwest region of Fujian average age of patients with urinary stones, which average age of patients with urinary calculi Xiamen, Zhangzhou City, two areas than in Longyan City higher. The Southwest region of Fujian province based on urinary stone distribution and analysis of results of targeted measures for the prevention, treatment, urinary stones in the clinical treatment, prevention and reduction of recurrence is of great significance.
