Clinical Research Of Three-step Shoulder Adjustment In Treatment Of Subacromial Bursitis

Purpose:Clinical research of Three-step Shoulder Adjustment in treatment of subacromial bursitis.Methods:From June 2018 to December 2019,45 patients with subacromial bursitis who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected from the Orthopedic Department of Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM were randomly divided into treatment group 1(15 cases),treatment group 2(15 cases)and control group(15 cases).Control group accepted routine medicine treatment(Meloxica).The treatment group 1 was treated with Three-step Shoulder Adjustment and Meloxica.The treatment group 2 was treated with Three-step Shoulder Adjustment.VAS and constant-murley shoulder function score(containing ADL,ROM and MMT)were evaluated before treatment,after 1 week of treatment and 3 weeks of treatment.Safety measures were evaluated by recording the number of adverse events.Monitoring safety indicators and recording adverse events are utilized to evaluate the security of drugs.Results:There was no statistical differencce on Demographic data of subjects,VAS,ADL,ROM,MMT and the Constant-Murley score between the three groups(P>0.05)before treatment.In the intra-group comparison,VAS in the three groups were significantly lower than before,and Constant-Murley score was significantly higher than before(P<0.05).In the inter-group comparison,the pain relief of patients in the treatment group 2 was worse than that in the treatment group 1 and the control group.The range of motion of shoulder joint,quality of daily life and Constant-Murley score of the two treatment groups were better than that in the control group,and the effect of the treatment group 1 in pain relief and improvement of shoulder joint movement was more obvious(P<0.05).No adverse events were reported in all three groups.Conclusion:Three-step Shoulder Adjustment is effective in treating subacromial bursitis,which has a better effect combined with Meloxicam.
