| Objective:(1)To explore an effective method for the treatment of subacromial bursitis;(2)To explore a set of diagnosis and treatment system for the treatment of subacromial bursitis with ultrasound-guided needle knife combined with ozone;(3)To master the visualization of musculoskeletal ultrasound in subacromial bursitis method of diagnosis and injectable drugs.Methods: From January 2020 to September 2021,80 patients with subacromial bursitis diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Orthopaedic Outpatient Department of Xi’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected and divided into ultrasound group and blindsight group by random number table method.There were 40 patients in each group.The ultrasound group was treated with ultrasound-guided acupotomy combined with ozone injection,while the blind-sighted group was treated with traditional acupotomy combined with ozone injection based on experience and anatomical position.Patients in both groups were treated once a week as a course of treatment,with a total of 3 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy indicators were compared between the two groups of patients at three time points before treatment and 1 week and 4 weeks after the end of treatment.The VAS score of shoulder joint pain,shoulder joint CMS score,SBT index and evaluation between the two groups were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result:1.VAS score: 1 week and 4 weeks after treatment in the two groups,the pain VAS scores of the two groups were reduced,and the symptoms were improved to different degrees compared with the previous ones,and the difference between the ultrasound group and the blindsight group was statistically significant.Scientific significance(P<0.05),indicating that the results of the ultrasound group were better than those of the blindsight group;2.Shoulder joint CMS score: 1 week and 4 weeks after treatment,the CMS scores of the two groups were increased compared with the previous ones.Compared between the two groups,the CMS score of the ultrasound group was better than that of the blindsight group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.SBT: 1 week and 4 weeks after treatment,the thickness of the bursa in the two groups was reduced compared with that before treatment.Compared with the two groups,the results of the ultrasound group were better than those of the blindness group,and the difference was statistically significant.4.The comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment showed that the total effective rate of ultrasound group after ultrasound was 92.5%,and the total effective rate of blindsight group was75%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Ultrasound-guided acupuncture combined with ozone in the treatment of subacromial bursitis is superior to traditional blindsight acupuncture combined with ozone in the treatment of subacromial bursitis,indicating that acupuncture combined with ozone under ultrasound visualization can achieve the purpose of precise treatment and can alleviate Pain,improve shoulder function.2.Under the guidance of ultrasound,damage to nerves,blood vessels and healthy tissues can be avoided,with little damage to patients and no radiation,which will make the operation of acupotomy more standardized,and provide an accurate approach for injection therapy. |
