Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the functional recovery and quality of life improvement of AXiantongzhuyu Decoction in patients with subacromial impact.By comparing the changes of various indexes and scores before and after operation between the treatment group and the control group, the clinical effects of Xinshentongzhuyu Decoction on the improvement of postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life were demonstrated.Material and method:Sixty-six patients with subacromial impingement syndrome were selected from the patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Orthopaedics and Trauma of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June to June 2018,2017.All of them were qi stagnation and blood stasis type.TCM diagnosis and Western medicine diagnosis of subacromial impingement syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group underwent conventional arthroscopic subacromial space decompression surgery and oral administration of Xinjiantongzhuyu soup for 1month.The control group only used routine surgery. The changes of TCM symptom scores,TCM disease curative effect,VAS pain score,UCLA shoulder joint score and other indicators were observed before and after treatment. The data obtained in this experiment was subjected to statistical software analysis and processing.Result:1.The difference between the two groups of patients in the TCM symptom classification and quantitation score before treatment was not normal,so the rank sum test was used to obtain P=0.763>0.05.There was no statistical difference,so the two groups of data did not have Comparability;the scores of TCM symptoms after treatment in the two groups were analyzed by t test, and P=0.009<0.05.The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. There were significant statistical differences, and the two groups were comparable.2.The total effective rate after treatment in the two groups was compared.Thetreatment group: 96.67%,the control group: 93.33%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and there was statistically significant difference.3.The difference between the two groups of patients before the treatment VAS score did not meet the normal distribution,so the rank sum test was used to obtain P=0.776>0.05,there was no statistical difference,so the two groups of data were not comparable; The VAS scores of the two groups were analyzed by t test, and P=0.00<0.05.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and there was significant statistical difference. The two groups were comparable.4.The paired difference between the two groups of patients before treatment was not satisfied with the normal distribution. Therefore, the rank sum test was used,P=0.395>0.05.There was no statistical difference. The data of the two groups were not comparable. After treatment, the UCLA shoulder joint scores were tested by t test,P=0.00<0.05.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and there were significant statistical differences. The two groups were comparable. Conclusion:Xinshentongzhuyu Decoction combined with shoulder joint subacromial space decompression ASD for patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type subacromial impingement syndrome has better clinical efficacy than ASD alone.
