From the current medical treatment status of large hospitals at home and abroad,more than 70%of the time spent on medical treatment is spent on queuing such as queuing,paying,waiting for waiting,waiting for inspection and taking inspection results.The cost opacity in the process of medical treatment,reports of mistakes,mistakes,missed hair,long queues of medical treatment,short consultation time and other issues frequently lead to frequent conflicts between doctors and patients,the hospital satisfaction survey results reflect the patient's hospital Satisfaction is generally low.Moreover,the current medical industry has not formed a unified interface service and one-stop service model.The purpose of this article is to:1.Improve the satisfaction of patients' medical experience,improve the comfort of the whole process of patient medical treatment,and improve the quality of hospital medical management.2.Respond to the national policy of "run once" at most,so that the independent systems of each department of the hospital can achieve seamless connection and realize a one-stop service system based on HIS interface.3.One-stop service system is specifically aimed at the software and hardware integration system of medical institutions.On the basis of successfully solving the connection between each medical technology system and the hospital information management system(HIS),it fully meets the needs of the hospital in issuing medical cards,accurate appointments,registrations,consultations,payment,medical technology inspections,and obtaining report forms.The research content of this paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of one-stop service system based on HIS interface in different levels and systems.The first,from the one-stop service system design theory,the related technologies,system architecture and various interfaces involved in the system are analyzed.According to the characteristics of different technologies,frameworks and interface types,the analysis and comparison,combined with the existing.NET projects,proposes to use WebService and adopt the service-based "N" layer architecture.Secend,design and implement the WebService interface request interaction function based on VMware virtual machine technology.According to the request principle and characteristics of WebService,the interface application implemented by WebServiceStudio tool is designed.Returns an XML result set by calling the appropriate interface service.Third,designed and implemented face recognition self-issuing card,accurate registration appointment,accurate medical technology appointment,self-service registration payment,face recognition treatment,face recognition check registration,self-service inquiry,self-check,self-service printing,background and remote management,etc.functional module.Finally,Write the required test cases for testing.
