ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to retrospectively analyze the expression levels of CA19-9,CA50,and CEA in patients with pancreatic cancer in our hospital,to understand the value of these three in clinical diagnosis, their relationship with clinical pathological parameters, and their guiding significance for patients' overall prognosis.Methods44 cases with detailed clinicopathological data and follow-up for pancreatic cancer undergoing surgical treatment in pancreatic and pancreatic surgery in Anhui Provincial Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 was collected as the observation group.Data of 40 normal healthy patients were collected as the control group. The expression levels and positive rates of CA19-9,CA50 and CEA in the two groups of patients were counted.ROC curve was used to analyze the value of the three indicators individually and jointly.Chi-square test was used to analyze the correlation between CA19-9?CA50 andCEA expression and the clinicopathological parameters of the patients.Kaplan Meier analyzed the prognosis of patients.ResultsThe expression levels and positive rates of CA19-9,CA50 and CEA in the observation group were 204.38193.56 U/ml(86.36%),57.78105.63 U/ml(36.36%)and 5.18 5.19 U/ml(20.45%).Both of them were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. When the three were diagnosed separately for pancreatic cancer,CA19-9 had the highest sensitivity, specificity, and area under the curve, which were 0.795,0.975,and 0.916.In the combined diagnosis, the sensitivity, specificity, and area under the curve were 0.818,0.975,and 0.917,respectively.There was no significant correlation between the expression of CA19-9,CEA and the patient's gender, age, tumor size, tumor location, differentiation,T stage and N stage. The expression of CA50 was statistically different from the patient's N stage, and there was no significant difference with other indicators. After surgical treatment, the expression levels of the three indicators decreased, and there were statistical differences. And the expression levels of the three were significantly related to the overall survival of patients.ConclusionThe expression levels of CA19-9,CA50 and CEA are of certain value in the diagnosis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer. The combined diagnosis has the highest diagnostic value and has certain guiding significance for practical clinical work.
