Objective: Explore the joint determination of the serum glycoproteinantigen199(CA199), ganglioside antigen50(CA50), carcinoembryonicantigen (CEA) and pepsinogen (PG-Ⅰ, PG-Ⅱ, PG-Ⅰ/PG-Ⅱ) on the theclinical significance of early diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods: Use of light-emitting chemical immune and enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay in35cases of gastric cancer patients,38cases of gastricpolyps,42cases of chronic atrophic gastritis,36cases of gastric ulcer,50casesof chronic superficial gastritis and31cases of healthy human serum of CA199.Differences between the CA50, the level of CEA and the PG-Ⅰ (PG-Ⅰ/PG-Ⅱ)in different disease groups. Results: The serum of patients with gastric cancer, the level of themarkers and the positive rate of gastric polyps, chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer and the control group the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05). Four markers in detection sensitivity was94.3%, compared with the single detected difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Of CA199, CA50, CEA, PG-Ⅰ PG-Ⅰ/PG-Ⅱ gastriccancer aided diagnosis with high clinical value of their joint detection helps toimprove the sensitivity of the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
