Objective: Explore the joint determination of the serum glycoproteinantigen199(CA199), ganglioside antigen50(CA50), carcinoembryonicantigen (CEA) and AFP on the the clinical significance of early diagnosisof liver cancer.Methods: Immunized with chemical luminescence method30patients with primary liver cancer,30cases of patients with hepatitis and30cases of liver cirrhosis patients and20cases of healthy person serumCA199, CA50, CEA and AFP level, compare different disease group, theexpression of tumor markers differences between constituentdetermination and combined determination of serum CA199, CA50, CEAand AFP on clinical significance in early diagnosis of primary liver cancer.Compare the differences between different disease groups.Results: Serummarkers in patients with primary liver cancer detection levels and positiverate compared with hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, and health group differencewas statistically significant (P <0.01). Four markers joint detectionsensitivity of88.5%, compared with the single detection difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion: CA199, CA50, CEA and AFP auxiliary diagnosis ofhepatocellular carcinoma has high clinical value, the joint detection ishelpful to improve the sensitivity of the diagnosis of liver cancer...
