Clinical Research On Regulation Of Medicines For The Treatment Of Diarrhea-irritable Bowel Syndrome By Professor Panyang

Objective: By collecting the complete prescription data of mentor Professor Pan Yang's treatment of patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome in the outpatient department,and collating the statistical analysis of the prescription drug taste,to explore Professor Pan Yang's treatment rules and the characteristics of differentiation treatment.Methods: Collect detailed prescription data of patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome diagnosed and treated in the outpatient department of the Department of Gastroenterology,Heilongjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2018 to December 2019.Use Microsoft Excel 2007 to establish a basic data database,and use frequency analysis to obtain commonly used drugs,four qi,five flavors,and return to the classics;use Spss Statistics 26.0 software cluster analysis to summarize drug pairs and commonly used drug combinations,and explore Professor Pan Yang's treatment Diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome medication rules.Results: According to the inclusion criteria,128 cases were collected,231 prescriptions were collected,96 Chinese herbs were involved in the treatment,and a total of 4618 times were used.There are 13 types of traditional Chinese medicine,among which there are 12 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency of more than 50%.They are macrocephala,Poria,Coixseed,Semen Coicis,divaricata,Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Chine seyam,White Hyacinth Bean,Astragalus,Codonopsis,Tangerine Peel,Amomun Villosum.Defic iency medicines are the most frequent,followed by astringent medicines,antiemetic medicines,and qi medicines.Statistics show that the four-moderate medicinal drugs are the most used,and the rest are in order of calmness and coldness: the top four of the medicine taste are sweet,spicy,bitter,and sour;the top five are the spleen,stomach,lung Meridian,liver meridian,kidney meridian.After cluster analysis,8 commonly used drug pairs and 4 commonly used drug combinations were obtained.Conclusion: 1.macrocephala,Poria,Coixseed,Semen Coicis,divaricata,Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Chi nese yam,White Hyacinth Bean,Astragalus,Codonopsis,Tangerine Peel,Amomun Villosum are the core drugs of Professor Pan Yang to treat this disease 2.The four qis are moderate in temperature,calm and cold;the five flavors are sweet,spicy and bitter;the spleen meridian,stomach meridian and lung meridian are the main four qi and five flavors and meridians in the treatment of this disease.3.Deficiency medicine,astringent medicine,anti-surface medicine,and Qi medicine are commonly used by Professor Pan Yang to treat this disease.
