Discussion On The Pathogenesis Of Bronchiectasis Based On The Theory Of "Five Movements And Six Qi"

Objective:Through the analysis of the characteristics of birth date and acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis,to explore the internal relationship between the five movements and six qi and the incidence of bronchiectasis,and to explore the luck law of bronchiectasis,to provide theoretical and practical basis for better clinical use of five movements and six qi in the prevention and treatment of bronchiectasis.Method:By adopting the method of retrospective case study,the confirmed cases of bronchiectasis admitted in the respiratory ward of Jiangsu Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from 2016 to 2020 were collected through the electronic medical record system,which were converted into corresponding luck factors according to the birth date of the patient's Gregorian calendar,including luck,Sitian-Zaiquan,Yuyun-Sitian comprehensive factors,main luck,main gas,passenger transport,politeness,and luck.Then analyze whether there is a correlation between the incidence of bronchiectasis and luck.At the same time,according to the acute aggravation date of patients with bronchiectasis,the luck law of the disease was preliminarily explored.Results:1.From the perspective of annual distribution,the patients with bronchiectasis were the most in the year of fire and gold,among which the patients with bronchiectasis in the year of fire,less soil and too gold accounted for a larger proportion,but the difference in their distribution was not statistically significant and could not be regarded as the influencing factor of the disease.2.In the distribution of Sitian-Zaiquan,the proportion of the patients born in Shaoyang phase fire Sitian,Jueyin wind wood in the spring and Yangming dry Jin Sitian and Shaoyin Junhuo in the spring is relatively large;in the distribution of main qi,the proportion of Yangming dry gold and Jueyin wind wood is larger;in the polite distribution,the proportion of sun cold water and Taiyin wet soil is more.However,there is no statistical significance,so it can not be considered as the influencing factors of bronchiectasis.3.From the point of view of the distribution of main passenger transport,there are more patients with bronchiectasis with less wood and too gold,and the distribution differences are statistically significant;in the distribution of passenger transport,the distribution of Taijin and Shaomu is more,but not statistically significant,not as a factor affecting the incidence of the disease.4.From the analysis of comprehensive luck factors,there are differences in the distribution of comprehensive luck factors at birth of bronchiectasis,born in the year of Jin Yun Tai,and the proportion of patients born in the year of Shaoyang phase fire and born in the year of fire transport,and the difference is statistically significant.5.According to the analysis of luck coincidence distribution,there are relatively more bronchiectasis patients born in discord group and Tianfu group,and the distribution difference is statistically significant.6.In the distribution of acute aggravation dates in Ding You year,Wu Xu year and Ji Hai year,Ding You year two Qi,Shaoyang phase fire plus Lin Shaoyin Jun fire,four Qi were the main victors,the main climate was abnormal,and the proportion of patients with bronchiectasis increased,which was in line with the analysis of luck results;in Wu Xu year,the three qi,five qi and final qi all dominated abnormal climate,but the number of cases of three qi and five qi did not show the expected results,which did not accord with the luck analysis.At the end of the year,the main winner,the main climate was abnormal,and the proportion of patients with bronchiectasis increased,which was basically in line with the law of luck.Conclusion:1.From the single factor analysis,according to the current research results,the main transportation of the date of birth and the distribution of passenger transport are related to the incidence of bronchiectasis,among which,the patients born in Shaomu and Taijin are more likely to suffer from bronchiectasis;it can not be considered that the incidence of bronchiectasis is affected by birth luck,Si Tian-in Quan,main politeness and politeness.2.Among the factors of birth luck,there is a certain correlation between the distribution characteristics of comprehensive factors(year luck-Sitian)and the distribution of luck and the incidence of bronchiectasis.Among them,people born in Taijin,Shaoyang,Shaoyang and Shaoyin are more likely to suffer from bronchiectasis.Those born in discordant years,adversity years and sentence years are more likely to suffer from expansion than those born in other years.3.The abnormal luck in the year of acute aggravation has a certain influence on the acute aggravation of bronchiectasis,but it is not absolute,so it is necessary to comprehensively consider the influence of many factors.
