Analysis Of The Correlation Between Five Movements And Six Qi And Birth And Conception Time Of Patients With Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective:By analyzing movement and qi characteristics of the date of birth,first concept ion date and last conception date of patients with recurrent miscarriage,statistical methods wer-e used to explore the relationship between the distribution of movements and the incidence of recurrent miscarriage and the date of conception,and based on the theory and method of TCM movement,the influence of five movements and six qi on the pathogenesis of recurrent miscar-riage was studied,so as to provide new ideas and theoretical references for the early preventio-n and treatment of the disease.Method:The date of birth,first conception and last conception of patients with recurrent miscarriage were collected,and the movement related to the date of birth,first conception date and last pregnancy date was deduced by combining the calculation method of five movements and six qi(year movement,main movement,passenger movement,main qi,Sitianzhiqi,movement combined).The data were summarized using Excel tables,the data processing was analy-zed using SPSS27.0 statistical software,and the chi-square goodness-of-fit test was used to st-udy the distribution characteristics of the movement characteristics of birth date,first concepti-on date and last pregnancy date in patients with recurrent miscarriage and their possible assoc-iation with symptom types.Results:1.General:A total of 209 patients with recurrent miscarriage were included in this study,the youngest age was 24 years old,the largest was 44 years old,and the most was 25～40 years old.2.Distribution characteristics of related five movements and six qi factors in the birth dat-e of patients with recurrent miscarriage:There were no significant differences in the distributi-on of movement factors in patients with recurrent miscarriage(P>0.05).The distribution of m-ain qi in the date of birth was tai yin and wet,and there were many cold solar waters,which were statistically different(P<0.05).The distribution of Sitianzhi qi in the date of birth was tai y-in and humid,and there were many cold and cold water in the sun(P<0.05).The date of birth movement assimilation distribution will be the most common in the same age,and the sky sym-bol will be the least,with statistical differences(P<0.001).3.Distribution characteristics of related five movements and six qi factors in the first conception date of patients with recurrent miscarriage:There were no significant differences in the distribution of annual movement,main transport and passenger transport in the first conceptio-n date of patients with recurrent miscarriage(P>0.05).On the date of first conception,the distr-ibution of main qi was tai yin and wet soil,yin wind wood,and solar cold water,which were st-atistically different(P<0.05).On the date of first conception,there were many differences in t-he distribution of taiyin wet soil,solar cold water,and yin wind and wood(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of movements assimilation corresponding to the d-ate of first conception(P>0.05).4.The distribution characteristics of the five movements and six qi factors in the last preg-nancy date of patients with recurrent miscarriage:the movement factors of the last pregnancy date of patients with recurrent miscarriage were analyzed,and the frequency of annual movem-ent,main transport and passenger transport was counted.The distribution of main gas was mor-e cold solar water and tai yin and wet soil,which had statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:By analyzing the time of birth,the date of first conception and the date of last conception of patients with recurrent miscarriage,we found that the main Qi and the Qi of the heavenly d-ivision corresponding to the date of birth are Taiyin Damp Earth and Sun Cold Water,which are more likely to form the evidence of Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency,and Taiyin Damp Earth and Sun Cold Water may be related to the Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency type of r-ecurrent miscarriage.The time of conception of a patient with recurrent miscarriage correspo-nds to the time when the main qi and the qi of the division of heaven are Taiyin Damp Earth,Sun Cold Water and Jueyin Wind Wood,which should be given more attention in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
