| Objective:By classifying the collected information of patients diagnosed with eczema into Yunqi factors, this paper explores whether the onset and aggravation of eczema is related to the specific time of Yunqi, and further proves the practicability of the theory of five movements and six climates in the prevention and treatment of eczema, and provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of five movements and six climates in the prevention and treatment of eczema. Methods:This study collected the medical records of patients in the dermatology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to December 2020,that is,From the beginning of Jiawu to the end of gengzi. The medical records were mainly as follows: date of birth, date of first onset, date of relapse or aggravation.Based on the theory of "five movements and six climates",the collected information was classified into different sections, including the patient’s age and gender, date of birth, date of first onset, date of relapse or aggravation,And their Suiyun,Sitian-zaiquan,keqi,zhuqi.Statistical software SPSS24.0 was used to analyze the correlation between these factors and the incidence of eczema.Results:1.This study involved 353 patients with eczema, including 178 males and 175 females, and there was no statistically significant difference in gender distribution.2.There were 23 cases of minor(<18 years old),79 cases of young(18-40 years old),133 cases of middle aged(41-60 years old),and 118 cases of old(>60 years old). The mean age of patients was 49.748 years old, with significant difference in age distribution, and more cases were over 41 years old(P < 0.001).3.The birth date of eczema patients had no statistical significance in age,Sitian-Zaiquan,Zhuqi and comprehensive Yunqi(P>0.05),so it could not be considered that the above factors were related to the incidence of eczema. In terms of birth Yunqi,Keqi was the most distributed in Taiyinshitu, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It can be considered that the birth Keqi is Taiyinshitu with a higher probability of eczema.4.In the first onset time of eczema patients, there were significant differences in Suiyun,Keqi,Zhuqi and comprehensive Yunqi(P<0.001),and there was also statistical significance in the distribution of Sitian-Zaiquan(P<0.05).It can be considered that the Suiyun is less-earth(Ji year),Sitian-Zaiquan is Jueyinfengmu-Shaoyangxianghuo(Si Hai year),Keqi is Shaoyinjunhuo,Zhuqi is Shaoyinjunhuo(2nd qi),comprehensive Yunqi is less-earth-Jueyinfengmu(Jihai/Jisi year)is more prone to eczema.5.There were significant differences in Suiyun and Sitian-Zaiquan in the aggravation time of eczema patients(P<0.001),and there were statistically significant differences in the Keqi distribution(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences in the Zhuqi distribution(P>0.05).It can be thought that in this period is more prone to eczema when the Suiyun is less-earth(Ji year),Sitian-Zaiquan is Jueyinfengmu-Shaoyangxianghuo(Si Hai uear)and Keqi is Taiyinshitu.6.There was no significant difference in the distribution of birth Yunqi between the onset and aggravation of the patients in the year of less-earth-Jueyinfeng(Jihai/Jisi year)(P>0.05).That is,there is no significant relationship between birth Yunqi and the onset of patients in this year. Conclusion: By analyzing the Yunqi characteristics of birth date, first onset and exacerbation of eczema patients,it is found that the occurrence of eczema is related to the Keqi of birth Yunqi, but not to other parts of birth Yunqi. The onset and aggravation of eczema were significantly related to the Yunqi of the patient at that time, but not to the Yunqi of the patient at birth. Therefore,it is possible to predict the incidence of eczema by analyzing the characteristics of current Yunqi.Yunqi theory has important guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of eczema.Patients can seek the help of doctors in advance to prevent the onset of eczema during the high incidence of eczema. |
