Exploring The Correlation Between Innate Endowment And The Occurrence Of Glomerular Diseases Based On The Theory Of Five Movements And Six Q

Objective:Through the collection of medical records of hospitalized patients with glomerular disease,the characteristics of birth luck pattern were analyzed,and the correlation between congenital luck endowment and the tendency to develop glomerular disease was preliminarily discussed,so as to reveal the rule of congenital luck endowment in patients with glomerular disease,and provide the basis for early detection,diagnosis and intervention of glomerular disease.Method:This study collected the data of internal medicine inpatients in Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the five years from January 20,2017(Major Cold)to January 20,2022(Major Cold).The internal medicine departments included nephropathy,endocrinology,respiratory,emergency,cardiology,gastroenterology,encephalopathy,hematoma,acupuncture and moxibution.The data collected included name,sex,date of birth,age,medical record number,number of hospital admissions,date of admission,date of discharge,admission diagnosis and discharge diagnosis.A total of 18,667 medical records were collected.Patients with glomerular disease were included as the case group,a total of 2115 cases;A total of 16552 patients with diseases other than kidney disease in the internal medicine system were included as the control group.The case group was divided into two subgroups,including the primary glomerular disease subgroup(referred to as the primary subgroup)and the secondary glomerular disease subgroup(referred to as the secondary subgroup).There were 551 cases in the primary subgroup and 1475 cases in the secondary subgroup,among which 89 cases were primary and secondary mixed diseases.Data were studied in case groups.The date of birth of the patients was converted to determine the corresponding correlation information of Tianqian,earth branch,year’s movement,main movement,passenger transport,main qi,Guzhu Jialin,Sitianzaiquan and luck.Chi-square test and regression analysis were used to compare and analyze the glomerular group,primary subgroup,secondary subgroup and control group,respectively,to obtain the correlation between congenital endowments and glomerular diseases.Result:1.The study showed that compared with the control group,there was no significant correlation between the occurrence of hospitalized glomerular disease and the confluence of innate endowments such as age movement,main movement,passenger transport,main qi,main flow of tourists,natural spring and luck.The data showed that the risk of developing glomerular disease was increased by 1.173 times in those who were only born with syncope syndrome,compared with the control group.Compared with the control group,the risk of developing glomerular disease was reduced at the age of birth.2.The study showed that,compared with the control group,the occurrence of primary subgroup diseases was correlated with the innate luck endowment.The risk of primary glomerular disease was increased by 1.696 times for those who were born too old.If the sun is cold and the water is cold,the risk of disease increases 1.331 times.If the guest hosts add Shaoyin Jun fire to Shaoyin Jun fire,the risk increases by 3.601 times;if Shaoyin Jun fire is added to Yang Jun fire,the risk increases by 4.135 times;if Shaoyang phase fire is added to Sun cold water,the risk increases by 4.047 times;if sun cold water is added to Shaoyang phase fire,the risk increases by 3.167 times;if sun cold water is added to Yang Ming Jun fire,the risk increases by 4.047 times;Increased risk by 3.511 times.3.The study showed that,compared with the control group,the occurrence of secondary subgroup diseases was correlated with innate luck endowment.The risk of secondary glomerular disease increased 1.255-fold for those born to water transport;The risk of secondary glomerular disease was increased by 1.245 times for those who were treated as Yangming Zaojin Sitian-Shaoyin Jun fire in the spring.The risk of secondary glomerular disease decreases with age.Conclusion:1.The results of this study showed that,compared with the control group,the primary subgroup’s disease was closely related to the luck pattern of age Yun,Sitian-Zaiquan,and Guzhu plus arrival.The conclusion and analysis showed that the congenital luck endowment of patients with primary glomerular disease was characterized by wood prosperity,cold and wet,and the conflict between water and fire,and further revealed that the congenital luck endowment with the characteristics of liver and wood disturbance,spleen and kidney deficiency,cold and heat mixed endowment were more likely to suffer from primary glomerular disease.2.The results of this study showed that,compared with the control group,secondary subgroup suffering was correlated with passenger transport and celestial-Zequan in the luck pattern.The conclusion and analysis showed that the congenital luck endowment of patients with secondary glomerular disease was water transport,or gentle Yangming Zao JinsitianShaoyin Junhuo in spring,and then revealed that those with congenital characteristics of kidney essence disturbance and fiery combined endowment were more likely to suffer from secondary glomerular disease.3.The results of this study showed that,compared with the control group,the development of glomerular disease was not significantly correlated with most luck elements in the luck pattern,and only those who were endowed with Jueyin wind had a certain risk.4.Primary glomerular disease occurs in the kidneys and has more prominent end owment characteristics,while secondary glomerular disease is caused by different disea ses involving the kidneys and can be affected by different disease endowments.Both can occur under the influence of Yin and Yin.5.In this study,the luck pattern of hospitalized patients with primary glomerular disease and secondary glomerular disease was analyzed by applying the theory of five Transportation and six Qi,which revealed the rule of congenital luck endowment of patients with glomerular disease to a certain extent,further verified the scientific nature of the theory of five transportation and six Qi,and provided a reference for early detection,diagnosis and intervention of glomerular disease.
