Analysis And Research On The Informatization Construction Of TCM Medical Institutions From The Perspective Of Healthy China

In the new historical period,people have new expectations and higher demands for medical and health services.The proposal of the healthy-China strategy is aimed at putting human health to an unprecedented level and outlining a clear blueprint for its future development.The background has brought unprecedented opportunities and new vitality to the development of TCM medical institutionsFace with such a historic moment,the medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine must seize the opportunity,positively integrate with modern information technology,and make the ancient traditional Chinese medicine vigorous in the new era.With the development of information technology in TCM medical institutions,the management of TCM medical institutions has changed dramatically.In terms of management mode,it has changed from static final management to dynamic process management.In reference to management method,it has changed from manual and multi-level management to less multi-level and three-dimensional management.With regard to the management regulation,it has changed from traditional experience management to digital standards and regulation management.Such changes will assist TCM medical institutions in helping us prevent and treat all kinds of diseases and protect human health,thus contributing to the development strategy of healthy China.This paper mainly studies the current situation of information construction of TCM medical institutions,based on the strategy of healthy China,and guarantee the direction in its future development.The main research work done is as follows:1)This paper briefly introduces the development strategy of Health China of our country and the significance of this topic,and expounds the research status and main research contents of TCM medical institutions and information construction both home and abroad2)This paper researches into the current situation of information construction of TCM medical institutions under the guidance of our country’s macro-scopical policy "Healthy China".By means of analyzing the data collected,combined with the interconnection evaluation level,the application level of electronic medical record system and the HIMSS EMRAM evaluation system as well as other important indicators,the level of the informatization development of TCM medical institutions can be evaluated,and the problems exposed in the current process of informatization development in TCM medical institutions are revealed.3)This paper briefly researches into the current situation of the informatization construction of Chinese modem hospitals and foreign hospitals,and seeks for the merits and advantages that can be used for reference in the informatization development of TCM medical institutions,so that the informatization construction of TCM medical institutions can learn from each other,promote the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine,and promote traditional Chinese medicine to the international stage.4)With the assistance of PDCA cycle management theory,this paper explores the direction in the future development of information technology in TCM medical institutions,which is not only based on the current.The paper not only faces the problems involved directly,but also takes a broad and long view,and plan in advance as a whole in order that promote TCM medical institutions will become the booster of the reform and development of the medical system,realize the convenience and benefit of the people,and strive to promote the smooth implementation of the development strategy of healthy China.
