Discussion On Professor Ba Yuanming 's Experience Of Treating Damp Heat Syndrome With "Shenkang 7" Based On Data Mining

Objective:This study conducted a retrospective study on the clinical experience of Professor Ba Yuanming's use of "Shenkang7" prescription through data mining methods,and explored the major diseases and clinical cases of the effective cases of Professor Ba Yuanming's use of "Shenkang 7" prescription The performance provides certain treatment ideas and references for the clinical treatment of damp heat syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study,from January 2018 to December 2019,the decoction(including Chinese herbal medicine and hardcover Chinese medicine self-decoction,substitute decoction and bulk granules)was treated in the outpatient clinic of the chief physician expert of Ba Yuanming,Department of Nephrology,Hubei Provincial Hospital The patient's cases are collected by taking pictures;after collecting and summarizing outpatient cases,a database is established on the famous old Chinese medicine heritage research platform,and the graduates are scheduled to enter the cases in batches;after the entry is completed,the case data are extracted and the "Shenkang No.7" is selected and effective After standardizing and preprocessing the data,the database of “Professor Ba Yuanming uses Shenkang 7 prescription” was established on the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.2.1).Using the method of frequency analysis,the disease name frequency,drug frequency,fourth diagnosis,patient basic information,etc.were sorted,and the main types of diseases,common tongue veins and clinical symptoms of patients "Shenkang 7" were valid;The methods of class analysis and complex network analysis analyze clinical manifestations to find out the common clinical manifestations of effective cases.Results: A total of 328 patients were included in the study,of which 229 were male patients,accounting for 71.8%;99 were female patients,accounting for 28.2%,for a total of 1,245 consultations.The youngest patient is 17 years old,the oldest patient is 92 years old,and the male to female ratio is 2.31:1.There are significantly more men than women;according to the four seasons,the frequency of visits is 115,510 in summer,440 in autumn,and 180 in winter.In summer and autumn,it is used more,in spring and winter it is relatively less.Professor Ba used "Shenkang 7" in the addition and subtraction of a total of 179 traditional Chinese medicines.The traditional Chinese medicines were sorted by frequency,except for the original 14 traditional Chinese medicines.Haijinsha,Chuanxiong,Alisma,Radix,Motherwort,Laizizi,Polygala,lotus leaf,loofah,calcined keel,calcined oyster,cooked rhubarb,jujube kernel,black medicine,litchi kernel,nootropic,Xu Changqing,rose.By analyzing the frequency of clinical symptoms,the top 20 symptoms with the highest frequency are: nocturia,low back pain,fatigue,malaise,no special discomfort,frequent urination,edema of both lower limbs,dry mouth,joint pain,diarrhea,dizziness,urine Anxiety,itching of the skin,backache,endless urination,tinnitus,excessive urinary foam,dry stool,bloating,and bitter mouth.According to the analysis of the frequency of western medicine diseases,there are 14 types of western medicine diseases that have been treated more than 20 times.The specific diseases are: 571 CRF(45.86%),481 HUA(38.63%),and 259 CN(accounting for 20.80%),kidney stones 212 times(accounting for 17.03%),nephrotic syndrome160 times(accounting for 12.80%),gout 98 times(accounting for 7.87%),and membranous nephropathy 89 times(accounting for7.15)%),71 cases of Ig AN(accounting for 5.70%),55 cases of sub-health status(4.42%),33 cases of urinary tract infections(2.65%),28 cases of chronic prostatitis(2.25%),There were24 cases of acne(1.92%),21 cases of diabetic nephropathy(1.69%),and 20 cases of allergic purpuric nephritis(1.60%).Based on the analysis of the frequency of the patient's tongue coating,the tongue quality was mainly Purple-red,the coating was thin and white with thick coating and thick coating,and the pulse was mainly thin.Research conclusions: The data mining results of this study reflect Professor Ba Yuanming's academic thinking theory of "treating different diseases together".
