Network Pharmacology Of Biejiajian Pills Based On Ancient Books

Object The purpose of this study is to make full use of the ancient literature materials of Biejiajian Pills handed down for thousands of years,combined with modern network pharmacological analysis technology,to explain the action mechanism of Biejiajian Pills,and to reveal the mechanism and mystery of Biejiajian Pills,which have been passed on for thousands of years and are still widely used in clinic,so as to provide a reference direction for the further clinical and basic scientific research of classical prescriptions,and to open up new methods of real world research in ancient China.To provide new ideas and methods for the development of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Through the standardized collation of ancient literature data and the collection of traditional Chinese medicine and disease target proteins,network pharmacological analysis methods such as module enrichment analysis,gene function and pathway enrichment analysis,visual analysis of complex networkand shortest path were used to make an exploratory analysis of the key gene modules,disease gene pathways,key drug targets and core drug composition of Biejiajian Pills in the treatment of diseases in ancient books.At the same time,the clinical disease diagnosis data of 1134 patients who used Biejiajian Pills in Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2017 to 2019 were descriptively analyzed and compared with the results of data analysis of ancient books.The reliability of the research results of ancient books was clinically verified and analyzed.Result The key gene module of Biejiajian Pills includes three modules: M94,M97 and M194,involving 23 disease gene pathways,which are mainly distributed in infectious diseases and immune system diseases.Malaria and inflammatory bowel disease gene pathways are the main disease gene pathways of Biejiajian Pills.The key drug targets of Biejiajian Pills include IL6,IL10,IL1 B,TNF,IL4,JUN,IL13,IL2,CCL2,TLR4,ARG1,FOS,CSF2,VEGFA,IFNG,MMP9,REN.The corresponding traditional Chinese medicine turtle shell,donkey hide gelatin,ginseng,dried ginger,bupleurum,scutellaria,pinellia ternate,cassia twig,white peony root,rhubarb,campsitis flos,cortex moutan,peach kernel,blackberry lily,fringed pink,pyrrosia constitute the core drugs of Biejiajian Pills.At the same time,the results of modern clinical data analysis of Biejiajian Pills are basically consistent with the results of ancient literature analysis of Biejiajian Pills,and its modern treatment of diseases alsoinvolves accumulation,gall disease,breast addiction,and has a wide range of clinical application.Conclusion In this study,taking the ancient literature of Biejiajian Pills as the data source,through network pharmacological analysis,it is found that Biejiajian Pills participates in the regulation of human immune system by acting on inflammatory cytokines.It plays a role in the gene pathway of infectious diseases and immune system diseases,in which the gene pathway of malaria mother disease provides strong evidence-based evidence for the history of Biejiajian Pills for thousands of years.The new discovery of gene pathway in inflammatory bowel disease may be its new mechanism.Based on the comparative analysis of the disease diagnosis data of patients treated with Biejiajian Pills in modern clinic,it is found that the scope of main diseases of Biejiajian Pills is no longer limited to malaria mother,but has therapeutic effect on many kinds of modern diseases.The clinical effect of Biejiajian Pills in the same treatment of different diseases is explained from the point of view of molecular biology.At the same time,the results of comparative verification and analysis provide a modern clinical basis for the reliability of the results of network pharmacological analysis of ancient literature data.This study also made an in-depth analysis and discussion on the action mechanism of the core drugs of Biejiajian Pills,and further revealed its prescription rule and action mechanism,which has a certain clinical reference value.In this study,through the carding and analysis of the complex mechanism of Biejiajian pills in the treatment of many diseases,the theory of simultaneous treatment of different diseases in traditional Chinese medicine is explained from the perspective of network pharmacology,which has a far-reaching impact on the redevelopment of clinical application of Biejiajian pills.It can make the classical famous prescription coruscate new vitality,open the door of real world research of ancient Chinese medicine,and provide new ideas and methods for the development of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
