With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,the growing demand for health and medical care,and the continuous development of medical services and technology,new medical activities rely more on the application of medical consumables in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process,which makes the use of medical consumables in medical institutions increase rapidly,and the management process and construction of medical consumables are also managed in modern hospitals It becomes more and more important.The process improvement of medical consumables management is the process improvement of the whole life cycle of medical consumables from the producer to the patient.Its purpose is to optimize the whole process,which is of great significance to reduce the overall operating cost of the hospital,improve the efficiency of capital use,reduce the burden of patients,and improve the competitiveness and public interest of the hospital.This paper takes X children's Hospital as the research object,focusing on the theme of medical consumables refinement and supply chain management,studies the improvement of medical consumables management process in hospital,and optimizes the management process of hospital consumables from the time sequence of consumables circulation and the classification sequence of consumables.At the lowest cost,while ensuring the supply of hospital consumables,the hospital can realize the medical consumption Material information,transparency and traceability management.First of all,this paper introduces the types and characteristics of medical consumables,as well as the general situation of management process and refined management of medical consumables;then,taking X children's Hospital as the research object,it introduces the current situation of medical consumables management and the particularity of using as consumables in pediatric specialized hospital,and according to two ideas,namely,the classification sequence of low value consumables and high value consumables,as well as the supply,purchase and storage And the time sequence of receiving,pushing and using,analyzed the existing problems in the current medical consumables management process;thirdly,based onthe theory and practice,put forward the improvement and optimization measures for the medical consumables management status of X children's Hospital,corresponding to the existing problems analyzed before,and evaluated the implementation effect.This paper comes to the following conclusions: in the aspect of improving the management process of low value consumables and high value consumables,by integrating medical consumables into the management of "zero inventory" and "consignment warehouse",the shortage or surplus of inventory is reduced,the traceability management of the whole life cycle of high value consumables is improved,the workload of clinical departments and the occupation of hospital inventory and funds are reduced,and the work efficiency is improved.In the aspect of improving the management process of purchasing stock using medical consumables,through improving the level of information application,improving the access system of medical consumables and suppliers,establishing the behavior evaluation system of suppliers,uniformly distributing medical consumables to clinical departments and providing consumables kits to reduce the clinical burden.Through the application of a series of improvement measures,on the one hand,it can reduce the burden of patients for medical treatment,ensure the health of the people and the safety of life and property,on the other hand,it can also make the hospital enhance the management awareness,improve the management level,save costs,improve efficiency,conform to the development trend of consumables management in medical institutions,and enhance competitiveness.
